IIRC about 6-7 years ago you should have received a letter detailing your endowment and the likelihood of meeting its target.

RED – no chance
AMBER – Maybe aye maybe naw
GREEN – You should be OK

This letter should have detailed any complaints procedure and what to do if you thought you were mis-sold. It should also have explained the time limit on complaints. But you could still give it a go.

I initially thought this thread was going to be about forum bickering.

I find mine fits under my gloves fine.

My father tolerated his chemo and radio therapy really well, very few side affects. He completely lost his sense of taste, which in the grand scheme of things was pretty minor. As you say everyone is different, and we often go into things thinking the worst.

One thing you can expect is good advice and support from McMillan CS and the likes.
