But the point being made is that some folks signing up are Derbyshire residents and are just as entitled to an opinion on how DCC spends their Council Tax as those that happen to reside within the PDNP boundary.

The best way to put pressure on them was through the county councillors, and the best way to get to those people is by pressure from constituents and local businesses.

Well, I am a constituent of DCC, just don’t live within the PDNP boundary, though only a mile or so outside it in Glossop. Like others though, I’d consider myself to be a Peak District resident, as I would consider folk who live in Buxton, Matlock etc.

Anyway, signed up…

I use a Quito in Winter, but even with just a base layer, it can be pretty warm if working hard, so may not be the best if you tend to run hot.

Big advantage of Paramo though, even if you get sweaty, it actively pumps moisture away from the body and you dry out again quickly, something that won’t happen with a membrane jacket.
