Cut off elastic strap then reuse them or velcro straps or cable ties to secure mount to helmet, attach x2, job done total £17

As someone who works for a council. We actively help organisations to carry out litter picks supplying pickers and bags. We can arrange uplift. It’s great for us because these picks generally go into areas that we don’t have the resources to carry out.
Disappointed that some replies say go to the press, it doesn’t bother managers but does hack off the guys on the frontline. Maybe worth finding out a contact in the local cleansing department and asking beforehand.

The Peebles to innerleithen cycle path now goes to walkerburn and you are still able to pop onto the back b road. Or from Peebles, go to cademuir then up the manorhead valley. It’s a there and back dead end route. Hope for a headwind there, and you absolutely fly back.. awesome.
