Hi mate. I just replaced the headset on my 2010rockhopper it has exactly the same hs as yours. It was labelled up as a fsr headset.

Ring don skene in Cardiff they are a spesh dealer …. Just use google to find number. They will now know what your talking about.

( they are 45 x 45 but the outer diameter is different / the chamfered edge is different. It was a pain in the bum )

Hi g the recons are great forks I’ve got a set of 2010 s lite ones ( approx over 1/2 kg lighter than the ones on onone ). They were on my second bike which ain’t seen much use. I was going to sell them to a mate of a mate but then use them on a ss build and now the wife thinks we haven’t got room for another bike have decided to sell them again lol.

Hiya. I’ve done this. Best thing you can get us brass sheets 0.035mm ( found in model shops usually by balsa wood etc ) then just wrap it around 0.035 x 2 = 0.07m + 30.9mm = 31.6mm job job.

Hi same my ht is a 2010 rockhopper and I love it. It gets a pasting at cwmcarn and surrounding areas. I’ve put a longer riser on the approx 700 and makes a better all round feel. A fast strong and light bike. You won’t be disappointed. Maybe also take a look at the orange crush ?

Hiya mate I fitted one a week ago and had the same question. They go on top of the compression ring (the one that’s not a complete circle) before the top goes on. I only need 1. I was told start with 2 put it all back together spacers stem etc tighten down then check gap. Add or delete depending.
