I also run both and would say there’s hardly any difference. I’m not sure I’d even be able to tell on a blind testing. Hope this helps

I used to love cod and games like that but unfortunately old age has caught up with me a I can’t see in time before some 10yr old picks me off. Plus now 1st person views make me feel ill. I’m on a proper downward spiral lol.

I bought my Mrs an air ram when she was pregnant ( as it was lighter and mucher easier to use in the later stages of pregnancy).

It’s brilliant. Really good at sucking and quiet to.

( this post is going quite right lol )

Awesome customer service from gtech too. Last week after two years I rang them to complain that it had started to become noiser. They sent me a brand new one the next day.

We also have a Henry for the heavy duty jobs.

That’s awesome cheers for the donations guys. I’m definitely feeling it lol might leave it one more day before I get back on the bike. No amount of chamois cream is going to stop the hurt after 19 hours with wet bibs.

Two weeks before the next challenge …….. A full marathon in firefighting kit, breathing apparatus weighing in at around 60kg

    Wish me luck

I had originally aimed to do it in 17 ish hours but the howling wind torrential rain and blinding fog all played their part in dragging out this horrendous ordeal lol. I finally finish at 10 pm 19 hours of cycling. Three lots of kit changes. Over 9000m climbed.

It was a hard task made harder by the weather but I was helped by so many friends and family. We even raised money on the day by fleecing passing spectators lol.

Ian, nic and just if your on here I’ll email your tickets out in a few day and THANKYOU for the very kind donations

Sorry for the crap advice/ explanation ( I’m on night shift ). By ream I meant clear the threads out. I’ve always thought it was good practice to have this done when changing to a different bearing standard so that it all fits nice.

So does “trying it twice” mean it didn’t work the first time?

As stated that’s all it is …. A quick fix. Basically cutting food out will see you lose “weight” but not fat. Then after day 9 just start eating the same old crap.

Simple equation, calories taken in need to equal calories going out. Eat healthy enjoy real food and exercise often. Easy.

Sick of people pushing this crap on “vulnerable/insecure” people.

If you currently have a tapered bb you will need to take it to a LBS and have a tread reamed into the bb shell. You can then fit a standard external bb

I had to patch a mud wrestler a couple of weeks ago. Used a standard non glue tube patch. Worked a treat. Still in the back of my mind though every time I take it out.

Soobalias- think you need to check again. You are well out. On what you said you had for breaky that’s 30-40g max.

It can be hard to naturally take high levels of protein in normal diets. I use whey shakes and they seem to work for me but I understand your thinking about chemicals etc.

Hi im not sure if this is any help to you….. I’m in work so I’ll keep it brief.

I suffered catastrophic damage to all the ligaments and tendons in shoulder. ( no break though ). I had a series of ops including bolts and ligaments to hold everything together. ( some of which have failed) It’s been 5 years of agony and pain. The best treatment however has been joining the gym and spending a lot of time working on the surrounding muscles. It is not subluxed now and seems a lot more secure. The pain is still there and working on it has been agony but the results have been promising.

I’ve spent months under different physios. If you would prefer to talk over the phone. We could arrange that.

I have one ( bought for my wife as a pregnancy present).

They are awesome. And g tech customer service is second to none. I broke the bar ( my fault) rung them up to ask to buy new part and they said they’d do it under warranty. They arranged delivery. Picked up fixed and dropped off within a week.

It comes with a 5year warranty too.

+1 for the plastic frame spacers. Any decent local hardware store will have them. The pack is full of different colour spacers. Each colour is a different thickness spacer.put spacer underneath on joists then screw down. The other wood may be swollen might not be seems to come in also rats of thicknesses these days. As asked previously would ask why they are rotten? And try and eliminate cause.

If you can’t get wheel out. Take caliper off?? Then take pads out give a squirt the push pistons back then squirt gently pull brake. Squirt push pistons back etc. should free it up.

Lol yes I am. I’ve done it every year and was injured this year when I entered I just hoped that I would have been a little more pain free. Didn’t put it in fire sale section ( sorry mods ) as thought it would get missed there.

I have nothing to Add that hasn’t already been said. All the above things are true. If u don’t clean it regularly when u do use it, it smells awful.
