I am 100% anti British Cycling so free or not I shall not be taking up the offer, I’m sure you’ll all be excited to hear

Yeah but they accept Paypal, as above I use it more as a price reference to compare to sellers prices. If they are looking like being a lot cheaper than the official site then avoid but the one you linked seems about right so should be legit.

Comparing the prices it looks about right, you can usually tell the fakes as they are a lot cheaper than the official sites prices.

A chest strap will do paired with a suitable app. The main benefit of a watch is the fact you can glance down at it to see the info rather than having to mess about with a phone if your running for example.

Pair of Panaracer Comet hard pack tyres, last bit I needed for my old mans crimbo present. I like the look of them as well so might order some in 700c for the CX beast.

One of the instructors at my local gym had hers done a few years ago and is still with her current partner. There proper beauties and as mentioned before gives a permanent nip on. She is now pregnant and they are getting enormous, so much so that she has to take her bra off most days when she gets to work.
Not what you need to be told when you’re lying down holding a large kettlebell above your head believe me…..

If it was a purchase then I wouldn’t worry, you should be covered by paypal if it’s a scam

    Did you gift it?

Don’t even know what it is so might be a ropey catalogue bike yet. Will have to ask next time I see him!

Made me wonder if the lad had nicked it when he was aled up to get home hence why he hadn’t been back to retrieve it.

Funnily enough my cousin had a 2.0 Accord (which ran upto about 125k before selling) and he moved onto a Mazda 6 (not sure what engine but could have been 2.5ish). The Accord was great, obviously a bit pricey to run but it held up well especially given the fact his missus absolutely hammered it over pothole and speed hump ridden roads daily on the commute to work. He said the Mazda was ok but the gearbox died on holiday this year just gone and dumped all its oil out and killed the clutch so cost an arm and a leg to sort. If it were me I’d go with the 2.0 Honda (had a 2.0 CRV myself which I loved other than the cam chain going on it).

Despised our old C-Max, worst car I ever owned for problems! We got rid of ours for a Toyota Corolla Verso as the extra seats come in handy though I would have been happy with a Skoda Roomster, acres of space inside, dirt cheap to pick up and cheap to run!

Can’t see the example as I’m at work but have you tried Windows Movie Maker or Videopad?

Fitbit Charge HR is what you want, screen to view HR in realtime, pretty small, monitors sleep and can link to your Strava account.
I’ve got a Jawbone UP24 and considered getting the 3 but from following them on Instagram all I ever see is people reporting problems. My wife has the Fitbit which she uses when running and the HR function is great especially afterwards when she can see what zones she hit etc.

Tidy, just bought a pair of Zee/Saint/SLX (SLX levers, Zee and Saint calipers) 2nd hand for £90 as well!
Oh well, will keep an eye for some other bargains as I still need a front brake for my trrials bike.

Hopefully the forks and wheelset for my dads crimbo pressie and there’ll also be a 24kg kettlebell and wrist protectors en route, not sure how to sneak that one past the wife though….

You can download pretty much complete game collections for each console, easier to do that and delete the ones you don’t want than try to think of ones that you do as you’ll always forget some!

The race lever was specced on the Trial caliper (trialzone) which has bigger pistons than any of the other calipers so I wouldn’t agree with the fluid argument.

Muckboots, I live on a farm and it’s the choice of everyone here. My father in law basically lives in wellies, he’s tried loads of different types over the years as they’re his everyday footwear and always goes back to muckboots, not sure whether mine are the Wetland or the Muckmaster Hi though.
Also my sister in law works at a kennel so has a pair for walking the dogs as well as a pair for helping out at home. They might be pricey but they stand up to a lot more than most!

I can believe the 15kg, I bought a road bike from a friend for £50 to see how I’d get on with drop bars and the like (also ropey cheap thing with those thumb shifters) and the forks alone weighed about 4kg!

I was on years ago, absolutely horrendous and only managed 4 points!
Got my Ken Bruce CD wallet though, keep thinking of trying again as there’s loads have done worse than me.
I think the best score I’ve ever got was 36 when it was all 90’s questions though whoever was on picked a different subject to what I would have given the choice!

As far as the hello’s go, I didn’t say hello to anyone at the end and afterwards when I had to go and drop some bits off for one of my bosses he went mad cause I didn’t mention his name. Always thought if I did get back on I’d say hello to everyone I worked with at the time except him for a laugh.

There’s 4 Aldi stores near me one opening last year. The newest one is great, clean, friendly staff, stock isn’t 100% perfect but working in a Morrisons years ago I can safely say it’s not alone there. As for the 15 minute thing I’d hardly go mad about that, I know loads of places where you’re expected to get there early so you’re ready to clock in on time. Common sense really.

Google authenticator – stop people from hacking your google accounts
Freeprints – free photo prints from your phone (you do have to pay delivery though but it’s still pretty cheap)
    Singletrack – because why not?!
Shazam – identify those top tunes
    trainline – train times

I wouldn’t want to hit a big descent mainly due to the miniscule brakes on the tiny rear wheels!

    Are they collapsible?

There’s a pic of it with the bars folded back on the website.

I bought my wife the 900w nutribullet earlier this year. We use it at least once a day for smoothies, protein shakes and breakfast bowl things (that ones her not me!) but the bearings in both blades have died and it’s now horrifically loud. I did change one set which cost about a quid off ebay and I just rang the company that sells them over here yesterday and they’ve posted two new blades out to me FOC but it’s still a bit of a pain.

Despite all this I’d definitely recommend one!

When I was young me and my cousin used to smash South Head and Jacobs Ladder on cheap rigids and if anything the trails have only got smoother nowadays! (agree with the small travel FS)

Nissan Micra, absolutely awesome in the snow. In fact my dads girlfriend is selling her daughters and doesn’t want much for it if you want to have a look?
