I tried the nhs route once, but after being told there was an 8 week a waiting list, I decided to try private. I saw a few pretty average physios who didnt really help, then found the physio i currently see, and he is brilliant. Defintielt try to find someone who is reccomended. Where are you based, maybe someone on here can reccomend someone

I ride bmx alot, and i would very highly reccomend the saracen bmx’s have recently riden one, it felt great for a bike that is less than 400. Also you cant go wrong with we the people. They would be top of my list…

across headsets are brilliant, well worth a look, and not bad value either

i have so many things to do to my bikes, (sort out a chain device, rear shock needs sorting on the dh bike, brakes need bleeding, and a wheel to be built) and tons of time to do it. I just don’t have anywhere TO do it. damn

i spent a scary day on saturday riding dh with the youth and juvenile national champs. Its scary how fast 14 and 17 year olds are! had some very near misses. then i went for a little xc ride on my dj/4x/mess around bike today. nothing knarky happened there. I scared myself more going climbing later on.

i ordered some parts on monday, they didnt arrive untill friday afternoon. Wasnt too impressed by that.

are there any details on these smudge lights? a website perhaps?

th snap frame weighs less than 4 pounds if i remember correclty, its built to be ridden smothly, not smashed into rocks…

old thread i know, but do your chains come off or flap about alot with just these xcr type chain devices?I’m very tempted to buy one, but i’m worried about it not having a bottom roller etc.
