Went to wales for the weekend yesterday.
Did one run on it on my favourite dh track and really broke down.
Drove back to Berkshire as I really can’t deal with the shit in my head.
Can somebody please tell me this gets better as I’m struggling to cope.

I know Ian (the owner) well so he lets us ride there.
We take a van and do our own uplifts.
This is second hand off a mate. He paid £5,400 for the build 4 months ago. I paid considerably less than that.

It’s going to be ridden very hard on north wales secret tracks (none of them legal).
Maybe go to Caersws Sunday

I had a 2005 demo, love it but weighed an absolute ton.

At present my mind is like a very strange place sometimes and its driving me mad (literally).

Went to vienna, saw psychiatrist there, gave me some pills, finally got an appointment in the uk with NHS today.
Changed my pills again!!!!!!Guy really seemed as if he did not care at all.
Still having really bad days.

That tarmac road is bloody steep.
Its much nicer to go along the fire road that joins just to the right of Lurch on that map.

Simply the most stunning uplift you ever saw.
There’s an uplift there Sunday and a race 20th Feb.
One of the nationals is there this year as well.
The track is also fantasic.

Mbr was fine apart from a couple of fire roads. Tarw beginning is still a bit snowy.
The centre was open but flippin slow as there were only 2 working.

Its much better.

Thanks for the offer but I bit the bullet and bought a tacx satori stripes in the crc sale yeaterday after reaommendation from my mate.

It’s thawing here today – I just went into the garage to find a new water feature due to a burst pipe.
It’s raining at present so as long as the col does not return it should be fine mid week.

I live 5 minutes away. We’ve had bloody harsh conditions here with heavy snow and a hard frost.
I wouldn’t bother going anywhere near there as the trails will be icy and no fun at all.

I might be a bit biased as I live 2 mins away but my vote goes to Coed y Brenin. I’ve ridden most welsh trail centres and have all have their plus and minus points.
Coed y brenin went seriously poor when they moved the centre but as soon as they got rid of the plonker trail ranger things improved.
They now have a ranger who actually rides and cares for the trails and knows how to build a decent section.
All the new bits are fantastic. If you haven’t been for a while get down there- you’ll love it.
