Yeah, and a mech hanger, more concerned about the chipped lacquer /carbon around the hanger and dropout.

Another snapped chain here, took out the rear mech hanger too, back to the shop tomorrow to see what they have to say.

Not too keen on the bar width on my pro considering low rise ec70 (685mm) or carbon haven bars (710) anyone else tried wider bars?

Sounds to me like a second opinion may be advisable, but that’s a fairly incomplete history so far. I would ask around locally for a recomendation for an osteopath/physio/chiropractor. Doesn’t sound like a scan is worth paying for at present, have you actually got leg pain/weakness/tingling/numbness which would indicate sciatic nerve involvement?

who told you that and if a health professional why didn’t they talk you through the options and refer you appropriatley?

Does google reader/listen have a w7 equivalent? Kies cast works great on my sgs2 and used to use google listen. iTunes?

There’s nicer walks to that gate though, the landrover track will be gopping after this rain. Although the tree felling has altered the walking area I’m thinking of.

Hi J, there’s some good walks along which you could push your bike over midsummer hill to bring you out by hollybush ;) from which you are on a pretty quiet road past Eastnor onto the main Ledbury road just after posterity.

My apologies for not checking the marathon death statistics, so on average someone dies every 2-3 yrs. doing the L.M.

I’m pretty cynical about the media role in this, people die every year doing the LM this year it happens to have been. a photogenic young lady, and suddenly the media are reporting on it. RIP.

My enlarged lymph node turned out to be non hodgkins lymphoma, a friends was sjogrens disease, get it checked out.
