Confirmat screws for quick n easy carcass construction with chipboard is what I used to use.

    screws

design would depend on loading and fixed vs movable requirements, but a solid 6mm back panel
    would usually do the job.

no need to muck around with planes or routers, just carefully rub a bit of wet n dry on the edges and handle carefully. Melamine splinters are horrible.

shelf fronts a few strips of 3mm ripped off any old batten and glued miles better than glue on edging unless you like ironing.

I think many people …. and don’t consider the consequences for everyone else – …., which I why I like the idea of a penny on income tax as it would show them the wider impact and cost of their decision and the expectation they (not the rest of society) should pay for it.

    I agree with this idea.

It should be also applied to pollution caused by vehicles, wood burners and the ramifications to other countries where the manufacture of the consumer products purchased has a high carbon footprint or ecological and health cost etc…

Really dull remake not worte the effort IMO

the soundtrack is nice the OTT orchestral one in the 84 version was awful.
a few nice spaceships, and explosions but really not that impressive.
whole thing feels watered down in typical mass market appeal style
I did not feel it captured the scale of the story any better than the old version
    in fact it felt lacking….

the David Lynch version has much more engaging atmosphere and characters.
it did not need or rely on fancy SFX. (but they were good enough really anyway)

Really surprised with how crap a remake it was TBH.

Depends what you want the vaccine passport to do?

Sort of like ‘yes you can throw yourself off this bridge if you want, as long as you’ve agreed to wear a bungee’

Or because of the reduced likelihood of you transmitting

Like a bungee that may or may not be attached? With a crowd of people underneath?

It seems to sanction people who may be asymptomatic to go around spreading it, many double jabbers I have talked to choose to believe they are not still a real risk to others.

So what it does is seem to encourage recklessness and complicate everyday life for bussiness etc. all the while increasing risk to vulnerable groups.

thanks, makes sense that numbers rise as % of population vaccinated increases.

still does it not make a poor case for vaccine passports etc?

Also I assume you checked the sync source on the interface and software settings, might be worth just doint the old change a setting then change it back to reset.

if you want the rear wheel uder control when braking and turning over bumps a single pivot is not going to offer the best available tracking.

    Still Oranges are nice though.

It took about 3 months (summer gone) till I grew a nice lump across the break and it clicked for ages after too.

Painkillers and coffee and other nice things are apparently not beneficial to healing time.
Diet plays an important part in rebuilding, would recommend looking into it.

I only took a pill when I really needed to sleep well which is also really important.
plus I dont much like prune juice…

Hope you have a complete and swift recovery.

OK now for something completely different.

I used this software to make some short clips which I sometimes then edited up with other stuff as well.

just go wild on “live edits” with a bunch of source material and chop out the bits that are interesting, stuff used to happen that you would probably never do on a regular NLE and it happens in real time so no hours n hours of messing about…. well maybe…

short version, map files, fx and transitions to a keyboard and mouse or x box controller/ whatever input device and randomly do stuff, see what happens.

Have you checked the frets are in properly and none are lifting?

If you have a fret loose it can get pushed down when leveling then pop up again after.

a feeler guage is handy to test by trying to slip it between the shoulder of the fret and the fretboard

Big Dipper, sidewinder, jim crow, widow maker all good, some logging going on at the top on that side so a diversion is on for the bit at the top there.

whites got about half of the boardwalk closed, zig zag, corker and bike park all good and the rest of the stuff down to the river too. they were making some little skills area by the bike park too, might be open now?

All riding well even though had some torrential rain just a few puddles, have a good day!

    Red Sheeran? hahahaha

Maybe just acquire the recordings and send a gift to the artists directly or buy a t shirt and BB cap, let the leeches starve or actually go and create something if they want to get dollaz.

Labels have never played fair and streaming services are worse.

the grooves the stings rest in should fall away slightly to the headstock and have a sharp edge at the fretboard end otherwise you can get the “sitar” sound.

you can simulate increasing the breakaway angle by pressing with your fingernail behind the nut to see if it makes a difference.

if the nut is too low it will buzz when open and be OK when held at the first fret.

You would normally have to adjust a precut nut a little to get a good setup in any case.

    this forum is quite nice
