Im using the dac in a sony blu ray player which is connected to a mac via eye connect software over a homeplug network.

It can also take files from usb drives. The output is analogue and goes into a nad amp. Sound quality seems good. The sony dac is likely pretty good, perhaps not as good as the best audiophile ones but I imagine the limiting factors will be the 320 files not the digital conversion.

    Cheers chaps

I want a Flow on the front to match a rear I had fitted when I broke the rim on that wheel.

Having a new rim and spokes fitted will cost more than a new wheel and new wheel wouldnt match because it would be an evo hub!

    OCD is a terrible thing..

    Thanks for the tips

Automatic cars..well beyond most of em, mine left the last one at the off our road because she could make it go backwards.

Whats so wrong with the clarkes jobbies?

Halfords are selling a couple of metres of outer, with inner sleeve and two teflon coated inners all the bits and bobs for £8.99.

    Even call them XT alike.

What about them is that bad?

The summary of the sensible answers is 0% neither costs nor earns the dealer anything other than helping him/her shift bikes.

    Why then expect a discount?

Rode the “Gap” in the Brecon Beacons a couple weeks ago, thought it was a really good mix of terrain. Nothing too gnaar but a great xc loop. Would love to be close enough to ride it weekly.

BTW thats why more sensible countries have flashing amber lights, allow turns with the flow or turn them off at night.

Theres a mini roundabout on an estate road that joins a main road near me. I usually leave at 6am most mornings and turn left at this junction.(there are in total 16 lights on the roundabout!)
Its a clear road with a good view both way so if its red I ignore it.

Im not wasting my life sat for nothing just because this countries gone mad.

My boys fixed a couple by covering with towels and overheating them. If your not 12 I reckon you should put it in the bin.

About a year ago I bought some 9speed XO’s because they were cheaper than thumb shifters. Fitted them with Cut down Ergon grips.

I cant imagine using anything else now, ridden all the usual trail centres, various wild trails in all conditions and simply cannot fault them.

Suppose I can just about understand putting rack mounts on the inbred 29er, but putting them on the Scandal!! Please dont if its still an option. . Dont you think it will lessen the appeal to buyers who want a dedicated mountsin bike not an allrounder something youve now made the inbred anyway.

They just dont look very good.

Ahh, Mark just realised you are the OP.

You know these swapout things sound great but on one sliding drop outs work perfectly with gears or ss. Me and bish had a chat the other day an reckon all bikes should be made that way, no cons in my opinion.

    Cheers

Bit like bottom bracket world at the mo.
A bottom bracket is just an alloy cup with a £2 bearing pressed in, suppose sealing could be better on some than others but most can be whipped apart and grease applied to the bearings. Cant imagine these are any different.

Think I have lived everywhere so far mentioned in this thread, cant say I look back fondly on any of the towns. Pudsey, Farsley, calverleys not bad. Headingley was the best but that was before it went student silly.
