So i bought some trainers yesterday (New Balance 680 V2) – did 6km last night – felt pretty good :0 Legs are a bit wooden today but sure that will ease over the next few weeks :)

yeah – know what you are saying. It’s as if all my priorities have shifted – have 5 nights a week now where i can ride but no weekend days – think that is the issue tbh. The social aspect of riding was great but am getting social time elsewhere now so even that is not that much of a pull. Maybe i don’t need it at the minute :(
