yep last year battery on my Nightrider MiNewt lights was knackered and needed replacing
Had been imported from USA and used with a plug adapter so no warranty but 2pure replaced it completely free of charge no problem, no questions as a goodwill gesture
Thats one hell of a goodwill gesture as replacements are around £90

That Hope green is not nice – possibly the worst colour they've done, kind like its not been cleaned & has moss growing on it.

Probably why it blends into my bike so well normally then as thats the way the frame normally looks too
Photos above taken on rare occasion it was actually clean ;)

I have informed the in-laws, they tend to trapse round the local car boots every sunday
Might be worth getting down the cattle market car boot on sunday, I imagine alot of stuff ends up there
I work on Raynesway and often walk through Alvo park pst BMX track at lunchtimes, will keep eyes peeled

Google it and you should find the free download

The Werewolf gets me — on the tackaroo section — pointless wheel breaker..

    eh??
it s a slightly but not overly challenging perfectly rollable little drop
only slight complication is its on a bit of a bend and the trees seem closer than they actually are

    Moto or Tech levers?
If you have Moto levers and need to pretty much rebuild them why not upgrade to new Tech levers?
I have a 203mm team green V2 rotor is you want?

Those last two pics look like Wharncliffe!!

Nah definately around the Ambergate area
Thats just how I always picture the fictional place in my mind, Shining Cliff, The Chevin, Drum Hill all part of a nice loop from my doorstep in the centre of Derby, God I can daydream sometimes ;)

    trackniko –
who suggested it was as good as Wharnecliffe?
Ive never been just heard stories and pictures so I wouldnt know but I dont think anyone has suggested that
By 'secret' I meant private members only not just anyone can turn up

more important than the 2mm is surely the power output of your hob?
I imagine gas and electric generate different levels of heat, where as a large ring or wok burner etc at the back on full would generate even more
On that basis how can they be so prescriptive over 2mm?

Ive been out on the bike more in the last 6 weeks since our daughter was born than in the entire 6 months leading up to the birth so it definately doesnt mean an end to life as you know it
Monday we are both off to a comedy night whilst the in-laws have their first babysitting session

I have however fallen off the bike more often in the last 6 weeks than in the entire last 6 years of riding!
Im not sure yet if there is a connection, maybe its tiredness

what to do in the 8 months to the date?
    Relax
Enjoy the time and make the most of it being just the two of you

There is very little you actually need the instant the baby is born people just like to have the whole nursery thing sorted, but it will get little use for the first 6 months anyway, baby will be sleeping with you
Yes of course do some shopping and preperation but dont forget yourselves in all the fuss

Your life is about to change permanently. My advise speaking as a new dad of an absolutely amazing little girl of 6 weeks would be make the most of the time you have now

why not trust superstar, plenty of others do
    Also try discobrakes, A2Z etc?

in my opinion its silly to pay 4-5x as much for brand pads when alternatives are nowhere near 4-5 times worse

    just checked mine
8mm thick (black) glass, attached to wall in same way
60mm above surface of hob but like I said flush with top of oven splashback/hot air vent

    iain1775
    Free Member

    eh?
mine was profesionally fitted right up against top of cooker and the hot air venting from oven (there is metal upstand at back of our freestanding range but that gets hot and is deffo less than 110mm)
been fine now for 18 months
dont recall any measurement that big in our fitting instructions

    J.R.A vs buy cheap,rebuild twice.

    Rorschach
whilst I have used JRA I dont agree that you can state that in relation to Merlin, their handbuilt wheels are in my opinion also very good

If they speed the planet up, will that increase gravity?

Maybe thats why I went downhill faster at the weekend and ended up falling off my bike?
I blame windfarms for my grazed elbow and bruised shoulder
bloody windfarms, nuclear never hurt me that way

same here – fat pads, had to file a bit off before could even get them in let alone get a rotor to fit between, these where Formaul Oro pads mind
Still at that price dont mind a bit of faff

    biggest wallride in country
other than that like orena said plus Ambergate (but thats a bit sensitive) or Bestwood in Notts for jumps etc

Bakewell is expensive, it's a very popular tourist destination and retirement town.

there is expensive and then there is taking the p*ss
I don't appreciate having my wallet raped and Im sure tourists and old folk (of which I am neither) don't either

went the Peacock for a quick post ride drink the other week
£3.60 for a blackcurrant and Lemonade!?!?!
£3.30 for a Lager Shandy (cheap lager mind nothing fancy)!!!

Couldnt f***ing believe it, its Bakewell not London for Christs sake!
Barmaid was quite grumpy too, especially when I asked for a reciept as I assumed she had made a mistake

If thats the price of drinks no way you will catch me in there again
(Food that was being brought out for other people looked to be decidedly average pub food in my opinion)
