It looks like someone nicked it and crashed it in his field in 1977 and he has spent the next 40 years finding the right documents to sell it.

I dont think a 5 year old will do much damage even if they are not tested to destruction by Qc. So I would say they should be fine.

Any luck with finding any spare? I have a name for it now it is a discreet puck but as Adam says it seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Cheers James, I think it is the same thing I checked my reverb part against it and it seemed to fit.

With My contract phone on O2 it automatically blocks adult content when using the 4G connection. It comes up with a message saying I need to call customer services and quote the shown code and register a credit card to prove I am over 18.

But if he is savvy there are certain phrases you can use to get around it and see stuff on Google. But it will at least block all porn sites.

If you take it to KwikFit expect them to find lots of problems that need fixing and also start pulling on bits under there CV Joint boots seem to be a favourite.

My Girlfriend has always called her parents by their first name. The explanation was when you are in a park or whatever all kids are shouting mummy or daddy but if you hear your name it draws your attention quicker. Which is true, ever been in a crowded pub and hear your name muttered? it is like an extra sense. 🙂

I would say the rent is split between the rooms so they can pay the same amount split between them but he has to cover the extra electricity and water bill etc.

£1500 on a van that has done over 250k miles? No way is it worth that. Just wait until he puts it on ebay and bid on it will probably only go up to £400.

I know a few years ago they were very strict on not shipping outside your own country for specific colourways. It was on those Langster NYC bikes, UK could only have London Langsters. It was a straight blacklist if you were found shipping elsewhere.

I have had a Last FastForward V2 frame on order since July, they are running behind schedule so won’t be shipped out to customers until Mid January, just in case you were wanting a bike before crimbo.

Quite pricey for such mixed reviews on them £160! although Je James seems to have older MTB ones for £80 at the moment. Alright if you have small or massive feet.

I Agree with the above £600 is way too much, look at halving that to have any chance of shifting it any time soon. And then be prepared to drop the price.

Not sent any bike outside of Europe so cant help although judging by recent Europe postage costs it sounds about right. But I would just gather some prices and send them to him if he wants to pay that then fine, but I suspect they will leave it. Or alternatively get them to arrange pick up/delivery.

google loves unique content so make sure you have custom written descriptions etc.

Google also loves content on multiple platforms which link to your page such as youtube videos but it is a fine line as blogs separate from your website tend to work against your rankings.

Organic ranking (anything you are not paying google for) can take months Google has to find the site then crawl the website and it is a long process.

To speed it up you can pay google using Google Adwords and use search terms that link to your site, you set your own budget but generally the more you spend the higher you can rank.

This is a very general overview of how it works. Source – I am a Pay Per Click specialist for a cycling company.

Only more on ebay because it seems to be populated by trigger happy bidders.
Pinkbike is a bit hit and miss the frame itself is nice looking and carbon? so I think stick to your guns and sit on it/ keep bumping it and someone will pick it up for £450.

£450 on Pinkbike nearer £600 on ebay.

I have never been able to have a single speed Specific frame without chain tugs. Only frame I did not need them for was a GT backwoods as it was a vertical dropout.I think it is just the nature of horizontal dropouts.

You can head over to Steetley Quarry and ride around the woods that are more XC, or around the River Don (next to the quarry) with Sprotbrough Falls (little waterfall) and the boat Inn pub as a resting stop and take in the scenery.
Parkwood Springs is good for a quick blast it is basically a large pump track down the side of a hill, but it is about a 40 minute drive into Sheffield to get to.

Then there is Rother Valley country park in Rotherham (again about 40 mins away)£5 for parking but there are marked cycle routes.

Steetley Quarry is very local it is between sprotbrough and conisbrough so can be easily ridden to and back from.
    info here http://www.moredirt.com/trail/United-Kingdom_Yorkshire–Humberside/Steetley-Quarry/347

Other than that I usually head into sheffield for a blast on Parkwood Spring or Lady Cannings.

I used to think SMEG fridges were cool until I saw the size of them, they are tiny! And then I saw the price, why would you spend so much on so little?

Similar thing happened to my nephew only it was a blue Hippo my Sister found one on e-bay had to pay £25 for it, I think it was about £5 when she bought it. A quick look on E-bay and have found a cat, hippo and bunny but no mouse unfortunately.

It seems it happens quite often, could be a nice little earner buying up kids comforters and then selling them to desperate parents for 4 times the cost.

Might stop off at ELC after work 😆

They just have no sense of self preservation and nothing to damage when they crack their head so the fear of falling does not kick in like it does with us.

I guess so I don’t really believe in Ghosts but I can’t explain this..

I was at my friend’s house and we were watching TV in his room, they live in an old farm house that has been in his family for four generations so it is over 100 years old.

Anyway the door knob starts rattling and turning but then turns back again, as if someone is trying to get in.

I immediately think it is his younger sister who would have been about 6 years old at the time, He thinks the same thing as he says” go and open the door for our Jess.”

So I jump up and go to the door. I grab the door knob which is still turning in my hand and aid it in twisting, pull the door open and there is no one there.

There is nowhere to hide as it was a long hallway and there was not enough time to duck and hide.

My mate must have noticed the terror on my face as I legged it out the door and downstairs because all I heard from him as he leapt up was “wait for me”

Could they get compensated by Yodel for holding the package overnight? I have had the exact same thing happen to me.

I sold a SRAM front mech which was dual pull, it went for like 14 quid and since it was just lying around I did not really care.

The buyer contacted me saying it does not pull from above and wants a refund, I downloaded the user manual from the SRAM site and sent him it detailing how to set up the cable.

I also pointed out that I would be glad to refund him and take the item back as it is worth 4 times what he paid. Funnily enough he decided to keep it.

Frame would make a good project for the right person, ditto on the forks if they were in better condition and worked. I would say couple of hundred if lucky. Head over to retrobike.co.uk they might be more help as it is a pretty old Kona.

I shared with my brother until I was 13 and he was 7, we had bunk beds which then got put into single beds and then finally bunk beds again. I was on the top and had shelves for my stuff, he was on the bottom bunk and had a little mural of Street Sharks and Biker Mice from Mars painted on the wall next to him. I don’t remember ever getting into any major arguments but if we did it was usually resolved by bed time.
Worked out fine, the only reason I got a room of my own was because I became a teenager and a majority of my friends had their own room so of course I had to have one.

I has a cat go missing for three days before, eventually he turned up and flopped out on his favourite chair and slept for two days straight. I was worried he was really ill but he seemed fine just extremely tired, after two days of worry and me checking on him every 2 hours or so I concluded he must have been hanging on a ledge or something similar and eventually fell due to exhaustion. He had a few claws missing and his pads were dirty and scratched. After his ‘coma’ he was perfectly fine.

I can’t speak about that bike specifically because I have never ridden any of Ghosts latest offerings, but if you go by their past offerings they are a great company. They have been established in Germany for ages now I had a Ghost AMR back in 2004 and it was a great bike at the time.
