Yes out of the 28 days holiday we get we have to also count bank holiday days in that number.

Suprisingly though this is the frst time in 6 years of working here that I have ran out of holiday days.

But yes it shows the state of the place I currently work.

Hopefully clear up some confusion I worked the 24th of December.
On the 25th and 26th the premises were closed which, with this company means that holiday days are used on these days.
Because I have no holiday days left I am taking them unpaid.
27th was a Friday which I was meant to work but called in sick, the weekends are days off for me. Monday I was still sick so called in again, but managed to attend work on Tuesday the 31St.

The contract states I must call in within 1 hour of my usual start time for every working day I am off sick so in this case Friday and Monday. Which they claim I am also not getting paid for because they “expected me to call in sick”.

And yes I handed in my resignation today, I just hate the way they have bullied previous employees into quitting with similar behaviour and have decided to stand up to them. I am just hoping to get some clarity on the situation so I can resolutely say I am not accepting this and what you are doing is not right and not just morally..

As I explained to them if I wanted the time off I would have asked for unpaid days off, which they most likely would have agreed to, judging by the fact they are trying to not pay me for them now.

They seem to have unjustified mistrust and disrespect for their staff despite being a model employee for 6 years.

Blue stem cap or cap bolt, maybe blue headset spacers to tie in with the blue fox adjusters would take it to IRN BRU level.

Really hapy with my 2019 Marin Rift Zone 3. I noticed the 2020 Rift Zone falls in your budget.

    Has anyone tried this?

The only problem I can see with this is the potential to damage the internals of my dropper post through twisting it, unless I can somehow get it clamped below the telescopic part.

I am currently in the exact same situation Reverb in a Last Fast Forward frame.
I have had a delivery of a can of plusgas today and will be trying that tonight as google has shown good results with this stuff.

James Miller, 35, had been running for a dementia charity.
“It was like you were forgotten about.”

I wonder if he saw the irony in that.

liquiorice is toxic for rats, so if you are worried about putting bait down becaus of other animals eating it that is a good alternative.

Thanks for the PSA just ordered some to replace my XO cranks, nothing wrong with the XO’s but the colour scheme on these match much better.

Try to make the Ladybower loop, if I end up getting up late then a trip to Lady Cannings or Rother Valley, to have a quick blast for an hour or three.

The problem I have with buses in particular is being at the complete mercy of the bus timetable and even then they are never on time. Sometimes they do not turn up at all, the excuse is they were running late so missed a round to catch up. Then there are the other drivers who never let buses pull out so that adds another 15-20 mins to the journey.

Then you get those people who get on the bus, the bus moves forward and there is another person waiting at the next stop that is literally 200 metres down the same road, bus stops again. In the meantime I have to question why they did not walk a little further down the road and join the person waiting at the other stop.

Worst is a particular bus I used to get called the X78, on more than one occasion a drunk person urinated on the top deck and the urine ran down the front and the stairs, this was at about 6.15 pm and happened too often.

So yes public transport is cheaper, but I would rather pay more to have my own space, my own route and get to a destination on time and in comfort.

I mounted some Maxxis HR2 tyres to a pair of Halo Vapour 35 wheels which come set up for tubeless and they had no pop at all.
Still going strong months later and no slow pressure loss.

100kg here and I have Magura MT trails on the full suss and MT5s on the hardtail, no problems stopping.
Before that I had Formula the ones which were ridiculously powerful.

I would be sneaking in to their garden when they’re out and taking the battery out in that case!

I wish I could but they have a huge fence around the perimeter and netting covering the entire back garden. Maybe to stop cats from getting in, maybe something more sinister going on in there, who knows?. I told them, well him, as I never see his partner only heard her occasionally, about it and they dont seeem to care either.

Yes, neighbours a few houses down have a cat deterrent thing.
Cats dont give AF about it but it ruins my summer weekends in my garden because all I can hear is that high pitch sound every 20 seconds.

Name a girl doing Darkfest. Nevermind backflipping the 90ft doubles.

Casey Brown probably could, she was a prospect for Red Bull Rampage last year.

I have a Honda Accord Executive Estate mk7 2 litre petrol.
The car is perfect all faleather inside (fake leather seats)so easy to keep clean, massive boot which I at 6′ 3″ can even sleep in if I want to.
All the cool stuff that rich people had back in 04 like heated wing mirrors, heated seats, automatic wipers.
And it flew through its MOT a few weeks ago after buying it around this time last year.
No problems with it at all, in fact the only thing it has cost me is in puncture repairs but that’s Rotherham for you.
Best part is it cost me £1250 and is a fantastic car.

“The first sitting politician for 30 years to be jailed” it says. Then below: “She has been jailed for three months after a re-trial at the Old Bailey.”

    Is that hard to understand?

It is a lot clearer now they have changed the wording, before it said “The first sitting politician to be jailed for 30 years”
I guess the proof reader had some coffee and spotted the confusing sentence.

Is it just bad punctuation and she actually got three months?
As it says below that paragraph?
30 years seems excessive so it could be the first active MP in 30 years to get jailed.

It was/is my neighbour who did it, she took out another two cars at the same time. I guess since she is still my neighbour the risk is still there, although as far as I am aware she does not drive anymore.

My experience with a no fault claim (person wrote of my car while it was parked outside my house) is insurance will go up just because you have had a crash, they dont care whether you were in the vehicle or not.

Depends if implants are possible, usually they dont do the very front ones because there is a risk of going too deep and opening up the sinus channel. I had the second from the front tooth (the one that looks like a vampire fang) replaced via implant and there was a risk with that one. All went well though and it should be good for life now. Just needs a check after ten years to make sure it stays tight, so another 6 years to go, and it came with a 20 year guarantee on the tooth.

Yes, I forgot a few times but have had strangers wander in twice so after that I made sure I remembered.
We have a lot of foreign guys living on my street and it seems they are very open with their houses where their mates just walk in. problem is when you live on a terraced street where all the house look the same they do sometimes get the wrong house.
Never seemed malicious though, both times came across as a genuine mistake.

Maybe the bike is just his transport and he is theer for some mythical pokemon from that pokemon go app.
There are a bunch that hang out at my town centre still and are all minimum 45 years old.
It seems all the kids are done with it but there are some grown adults who did not get the message.

When I sent a bike frame with MyHermes and some wheels too, as there is a drop off point at the end of my street. They picked them up fine and then got back to me telling me it is too large and they need an extra payment for admin charges, at which point they will hand it over to a different company that handles larger deliveries.
My guess is either they are waiting for the seller to make this payment, or the company that delivers larger packages has it. I also noticed that it said out for delivery on the tracking before I had paid the extra fee.
So chances are it has not even left the depot yet.

I assume that they have been off over Christmas and New Year so effectively have been back for less than a week, and probably have a few orders to get through, so I would say calm down a little and wait.
Also the fact you sent them multiple e-mails has targeted you as a problem customer, so that has probably taken you from high priority to the F- him list.
For a guy with a username Chilled76 you come across as pretty fired up.

Got an E-mail today saying that some of the pawls did not meet their standards and am getting some new ones posted out to me. It is not a recall apparently, I assume they are for the V6 hubs I bought before christmas.
So in that regard they are pretty good.

90% of my current job involves writing.
I am a content creator for a bike shop, so lots of blog writing and E-mail creation.
I am massively underpaid though for the amount of money I bring in and what I bring to the table, and I can’t see a way of making any more money in the same area unless I move down South.
In the past I have worked for magazines and start up companies writing about Film, my experience is unless you get a publisher and get lucky it is not a business you can make real money in.
Plus there are hundreds of places that expect you to work for free.
So even though the pay here is crap I can at least live on what I get.

Love my Rift Zone. Not the same bike but similar enough to know that Marin are making some great bikes recently.
So I would say go for it.
