Lots of great routes in gpsies. You can export them in gpx format already so no need to convert.
You can also browse peoples routes in Garmin Connect again in gpx format already.

WTB Stouts 2.3. Not fast but as grippy as it gets on wet rocks and pretty much anything else.
They do wear quickly though but thats the trade off for good grip.
Personally I found the Ignitors too thin, but if they made a 2.3 or above I’d be on to them in an instant.

100% 29er here. Salsa El Mariachi (HT) and Niner RIP 9.
I have a 6 month old Pivot Firebird top spec that is gathering dust in a shed. Totally regret buying it now but I originally subscribed to the idea that 26ers were more playful. I don’t believe that anymore and have lots more fun on my 29er.
I think the RIP9 is the ideal trail centre weapon.

You don’t have to download the file to watch it anyway – you can usually find a stream thats free.
For example here is an illegal stream of the recent MTB film lifecycles.

    http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/iBzd3okY_0g/

Please don’t open it as its illegal to do so.
If you were to do so you could watch it on your TV using a HDMI cable.

My first and only so far.
Got many hours of video now but they take so long to edit and put together.

I’m a recent convet to WTB Stouts 2.3. Amazing grip on any surface.
Wouldn’t race with them though as they’re a bit heavy but fantastic for trail centre mucking about.
