    Is this the case for the Reba RLT 29er forks as well?

    I have a set that were boxed new and sold as 100mm travel, but there isn’t enough stanchion on show to allow 100mm of travel?

    And where is the link on the RS site, i was looking the other day and couldn’t find anything.

    My day off the diet today, I hope this thing about eating loads on the off day works.

    I feel crap, feel like i’ve put a stone on today, went out on the bike earlier and went crap too?

    If it’s a day off the diet do we still have the 30g of carbs pre and per hour during the ride?

    Castle Coombe is very wind affected (aren’t we all) down to it’s open nature, was a tough night on the first Kinetic One night a couple of weeks ago, so Im told.

    Castle Coombe is very popular, as you say car free is a big appeal to many, 7am with artics flying past is not everyones cup of tea.

    In 2009 I did 1.59.03 for a 50 which is the ride Im most pleased with, be a while before I get under 4hrs for a 100 🙁

    Only done one and that was 4.23.19, going to have a go on a faster course in July 😉

    Every TT course in the country has a code, the first letter refers to the area.

    Not straight forward though ‘R’ stands for South Wales ‘U’ for West of England 😉

    Im organiser for our club (Corinium CC) 25 mile time trial 2nd July on the A419 @ Cirencester not far from you TSY?

    You have to be a member of a CTT affiliated club though 🙁

    R25/3H or R25/3L they are slight variations on basically the same bit of dual carriageway.
    Its on the A465 not far from Afan

    A25/11 up near Derby is ment to be pretty quick or F1/25 over near St Neots

    Better stop before this turns into timetrialling forum 😀

    TSY, get yourself a TT bike and a pointy hat and get down South Wales on the fast 25 mile course 😉

    phil.w, I know what your saying re ltd company, he did commit fraud by allowing companies house to disslove the ltd company.

    I also have been told (by the third party where the work was carried out)that they paid the Director via his non ltd partnership (which is still running) not the ltd company.

    These things are rarely black and white which always confuses us non legal types.

    Major, major downer, advice sort to prevent cake and pick n mix binge 😥

    Wk1 lost 5 lbs
    Wk2 lost 2 lbs
    Wk3 Put on 3 lbs

    Have been on it strict all week (same as previous 2 weeks)

    Breakfast :- Bacon, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, baked beans

    Lunch :- Chiken, Mackrel or Tuna with chick peas, loads or different beans, (don’t know the names of Mrs does it for me) tomatoes, chillies.

    Dinner :- Chiken, Lamb chops, Steak, Home made Chilli with Veg or salad, Quinoa has been used regularly or Butter bean and butter nut squash mash.

    At least 2 ltr of water per day plus only black coffee (no sugar), have done 8 hours on the bike this week and kept to 30gr cabs prior to and per hour during excercise and a protein recovery after.

    Im certainly not slim and trying to eek out the last little bit, 14st 7 lbs this morning 🙁

    TSY – sorry for the delay in replying been searching for Mummy Middleton porn!

    I got a set of those Tanita scales a few years back when I was 17 st 7lbs and starting at wieghtwatchers (yes really) and they have seemed reasonably accurate? (well the fat % dropped as I lost wieght)

    I did get down to 13st 5 lbs, but even with doing Le-jog, Trans Wales, 300k Audax rides, 12hr Time Trials etc the wieght had sneaked back up to 14st 11, the iDave has made me realise that carbs are Satan spawn!

    With my half a stone off i’m now 14st 4 lbs or 90.7kg (for any gay euro types) with 17.8% bodyfat, so a fair bit more to come hopefully?
