I’m 15stone and top heavy on account of having a large jaw. I also use a Xfirm spring- turn your floodgate fully off and set your adjustor to either almost open or almost shut and retry. Cant remember for sure but its one of them.

I get all my travel but then I’ve always been nose heavy (cant jump/get any air for toffee) :(

our last forestry one gave arm pump at 50-60mph because they wouldn’t do the tracking 8O

Its not the A74 (just looked at routeplanner). I drive that way on the way up. Its got a couple of 30/40mph’s which breaks the flow too much. Its definitely the A701/Moffat. Your driving very fast but theres no drama or even sensation of speed….soo smooth :)

Rudeboy, I used to love having a quick ride up there after work (not that sort of ride) and then the Police started cracking down with fines for anyone caught riding up there. Funnily the Police wouldnt go near the cottaging-issue with a very long stick.

If the Police wanted to stop people on bikes mugging walkers (must be why?) why wouldnt they also question suspicious men found glancing around from the edge of trees/bushes and generally acting suspicious?

Reminds me when I was there in December. On the way back to Manchester I took an odd turn (didnt turn the satnav on). I drove from GT back into Peebles Right upto the end of the high st and turned right (infront of the church?) anyway it was an amazing long and winding road with stunning views- not another car. Not one, with snowy wonderland. I cant remember using the brakes once on there -just used the engine revs/gearing down etc and let it flow. After along descent back down the value (left side exposed) I came out into a sleepy village. Anyone know the name of the road?????

racing_ralph my Pikes were ‘stood’ for 4yrs before I bought/used them. What weight oil etc did you use? Any instrcutions?

Diving- Friend of mine gets sized up and taken away by manufacturers/Magazines, dives then gives his opinions. They do this with a few such people the collate/discuss what each person thought then publish in their mag. The manufacturer gets realtime and good feedback to help develop further.

In the grandscheme of things everything is going to come full-circle anyway. Zara/Next etc have sourced garments/products made in Spain/parts of the EU already.
Its down to local market conditions, within 10yrs China will become financially unviable and parts of the UK/Europe will receive EU subsidies to draw in customers and create jobs. 10yrs we will see a sort of renaissance of the mills again.

Thats the thing with T4’s (NO offence to anyone who has one). They spend their life occasionally towing cars but people seem to think their mileage is all ‘cruising at motorway speeds’. Its not, its sat waiting, set off. Stop, tow, set off. Wait. Day in day out. Its a commercial vehicle after all….and all that bollox that they are cared for ‘at no expense’s is abit silly…after all alot of bits dont tend to throw their hands up until later in their life….post 3yrs old..
