I had not heard about Vibracore bars before, but for years I have been stuffing ethafoam or polystyrene ‘sausages’ inside handlebars to provide damping by contacting the metal internally and not allowing ringing to occur. You can hear the difference when you ding the bar and you can also feel it when riding on buzzy surfaces. Some bars/bikes respond better than others. It weighs and costs almost nothing so give it a try.
