I got son insured through veygo which is part of Admiral, you could either choose the length of time or set it manually, and probably works out about the same price as others have quoted.

He’s now insured with Hastings Direct with a black box and is about 1.5k a year, hopefully it’ll go down after a year like his friends,

Thanks w00dster , for the advise, I used to live in Worthing so I’m aware of how lumpy it is.

I’ve been trying to do longer rides and commutes during the week to get the fitness up and double spin classes and sweetspot training to try to improve the hill climbing so I can just spin up the hills and not wreck myself on every one.

You’re right about puke hill it’s horrible either up Church street or off-road but has got to be done, XD

I’m due to ride this with the BHF on Saturday 14th July , so praying for nice weather conditions. I’m feeling horribly undertrained for it really but a mate and I are riding from Birmingham to Milton Keynes on Saturday via the Canal which is about 75 miles.

I’m also signed up for the BHF Milton Keynes 50 miler off road the week before on 7th July so hoping what with riding fairly regularly will be enough although I’m a bit of a porker, so probably bitten off more than I can chew.

I Rode next to Graeme OBree on a group ride in Mallora when he was there with his son Euan at Easter a few years back, but was so star struck I didn’t say anything to him.

It’s been a disaster for me this week, I’ve been taking antibiotics for a chest infection and this has given me a voracious appetite and I’ve put on 2kg.

Will have to try harder to stop the slide, but feeling more energetic as the chest infection seems to have been cleared.

Yeah I had an awesome couple of weeks and it’s now plateau’d. I lost .7kg this week but still lost 20% of the weight I wanted.

I did a mad 3 hours and 13 Miles in last weeks snowy conditions on Sunday and been suffering with a chest infection which made spin class very tough.

    Well done all

I’ve managed to lose 6.3 kg this week, I do have a shitload to lose but hoping to keep it up. I’ve been using MFP as others have suggested and doing 5 by 2

    Hmm

In my experience it is pretty slow , the average ping is 600ms and then it is massively affected by the weather and very expensive too. I would only consider it if I was massively desperate

You could try a Nutribullet, which isn’t a blender but does full vegetables, as a sort of a smoothie and you can also add nuts and other healthy things. It gets good reviews on argos website http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1463237.htm

Not when I placed the order, said would be end of March fot pre-order but 5 weeks seems a bit excessive

I did this kind of job for a year at a book resller but not Amazon when I had been out of work and desperate for nearly 18 months.

It was the hardest job I’ve ever done, you’re on your feet for 8 hours 20 mins lunch break and two 10 min breaks. Up and down ladders, carrying books and totes in dirty conditions for minimum wage and no sick pay.

And because you’re not on a living wage you get topped up by the government so its subsidised . If you don’t hit your target of 600 books then you get a warning. Soul destroying

Look at the CBT Nuggets videos as they really help get the information across and get GNS 3 with a 2681 IOS. You can then practice doing configs whilst watching the videos.
