When you start buying deluxe versions of albums you already own.

Black Fox by Dunkertons. Should be able to get it in Waitrose or perhaps 40 litres of White Lightning.

I have one and am impressed with it. Very nippy along country lanes and holds it own surprisingly well on longer journeys. Ride can be on the firm side but corners well.

Doesn’t feel cramped in the back seats and with the seats down you can fit a surprising amount in.

If you’ve any specific questions I’ll see if I can answer them.

Looks like mineral salts coming out of the concrete through damp. Does it taste of anything?

It may have changed recently but Corby used to be an eye opener for the wrong reasons.

You can pull the tyre levers off the side of the tool and there is an allen key there.

Have a panda and the bike goes in the back without any fuss, seats down and wheels off. If the bikes long forked you may need to spin the bars round.

I’d reckon on between 50 mins and just over hour.

Route wise I’d probably go Euston to Russell Sq, then Southampton Row to Holborn.

From Holborn along Holborn Viaduct to Holborn Circus, past St Pauls and along Cheapside to Bank.

Once at Bank head up Bishopgate to Liverpool St.

If you’re feeling adventurous you could cut through Smithfield to the back of Liverpool St.

I have a Litebook lightbox which cost about £100 a few years ago. It does help but found that regular exercise and cutting back on booze is probably just as good.

Also take St Johns Wort from the start of October which seems to help.

It is a good excuse to get on the bike as much as possible.

I'm finding it hard not to to deface copies with a 'comedy' moustache, glasses and possibly even a four letter obscenity on his forehead.

    Take a look at http://www.nhs.uk/NHSEngland/Healthcareabroad/EHIC/Pages/UsinganEHIC.aspx

There is a number ( 0191 218 1999) on the page for you to call and they'll send a form for details and receipts.

Diverse Vinyl is good online but can be pricey as they specialise in vinyl. Also Piccadily (Manchester) records and Rough trade are worth a look online and do mail order.

Does depend on what you are after but Selectadisc in Nottingham used to be excellent (think its still going) and also Jumbo in Leeds has a good selection.

Think Freeborn in Horsham are the importer so they might be able to help.

Failing that it looks as if Atomlab will post internationally but has t be done through email rather than the webshop.

Take a stroll down Jermyn street as you will be abel to take a look at Church, Cheaney,Barkers, Trickers etc in one hit. Think there is also a Jones there as well. If the sales are on you make pick something decent up at a reasonable price.

If its the weekend a lot of the City based shops will be closed

6 foot and ride a 19.5 with a 70mm stem. feels fine to me but do sometimes think a 17.5 may have been better.
