Who's job is it to design cycleways? I've always wondered that.

    A non-cyclist!

does it continue after the junction or does it do what most bike lanes in britain do: stop in the middle of nowhere?

depending on how old it is (from when you bought it, assuming you bought it from a shop) it could cost you nothing or it could cost you around £50+. All Suunto servicing is done in Finland so if you send it off, be prepared for a couple week wait!

I think Suunto offer a 2yr limited warranty on their products not including battery issues

Could be a parent selling a childs bike after they've flown the nest or 100's of other reasons. It's not the illiterate drivel that normally goes with a dodgy ad!

you assume all thieves are illiterate thickos?!

Kona WahWahs are what I use but I changed the pins to the ones in V8 pedals. love them. I find the V8 bearings a little too loose and the platform isnt as big.

try harder. there is no way extremist parties would gain power Under PR (unless you voted for them of course!)

if they are offering cash for good review then infor Ebay as this must be at the very least, frowned upon as it ruins what the feedback function is there to provide!

I wouldn't bother ringing the Bus company. tried that myself and the guy said I was breaking the Law because I was undertaking the Driver and that I should be more carful!! he nearly squished me into some railings on a bend!

Also without witnesses and a regnumber or name of the driver, I doub't the fuzz will care to presue it but maybe worth a try.

this is an extreme case of road rage on a cyclist. I have been the victim of being chased and its scary. At least in a car you have a hunk of metal protecting you to a certain extent. this guy had to know what the consequences were likely to be death for running into someone on a bike with a car just like stabbing someone is likely to kill, and rightly he was sentenced for murder. justice prevails!

How dull would the Vancouver winter olympics have been if that'd been the case?

    erm….wasn't it dull enough?

I use the green Finishline stuff on my chain. after every ride I clean the chain and re apply and wipe off excess with a cloth. you don't need oil all over the chain, only on the links.

the only otehr issue you have with Phones is that they are nowhere near as rugged as specific GPS devices.

How long did it take for Cameras to get any good on mobiles? now, if you tranfer that time taken to how long it would take for phones to be any good for navigational aid in remote areas it might be a while before anything decent arrives on the market.

lol, no cos you can't put OS map on an IPhone, nor is it waterproof and more importantly, you can't attach an Iphone to your handlebars very easily!

I use CRC cos they are reasonalbly cheap, have a large range and don't charge postage. My only issue with them is that they are a little slow with order processing and dispatching but then you have to remember that it is quite a large company now and these things take time! I'll give them Thumbs up TBH!

CRC aren't the quickest at dispatching items. took well over a week to get my new handlebars that were in-stock at the time of placing the order.

I have a new Dell inspiron and its quite fast. make sure its running Windows 7 tho. instantly download Firefox or maybe opera 10. I have given up on Itunes – too processor intensive. I now just use Spotify for music.

bargain price me thinks. I think PC world were doing an offer on these too!

absolutely shocking. that guy needed a custodial sentence to sort him out. does the fact that he lied at the scene not go against him!! 240 hrs comm serv is a poor sentence and truely does not reflect the crime!

Another place for some fast riding is around Mam Tor, just watch out for them pesky walkers *spit*
