the dragons back is a nice medium length trail.

since when is 30km a nice medium length? Even if you cut out that pointless fireroad ascent/decent after the cafe you’re still talking 24k!

I think there should be a national register of people who win such cases so that buisnesses can exclude them form their premises. It could be set up by insurance companies and public authorities and built into reservation systems. When the name fits a photo pops up with the instruction: “this person is stupid, conduct them off the premisies ASAP. Under no circumstances sign a contract with their name on it or take money for goods or services from them”.

loving the tyre-weld idea! just need to make sure it’s not packed under everything!

I have a mondeo estate and it’s huge internally though I cannot compare with the A6 avant – never owned one. but you won’t be dissapointed with the Mondy!

I imagine what has happen is that her work mates/collegues are in cahoots insofar that they were asked ‘did the instructor tell you that you can get injured on the soft squishey mats?’, and of course they all agreed as if person No. 1 heard him say that then they’regonna say ‘no’! arent they?

I’m gonna build a bench in my shed when I have built the wood store for all the wood occupying it currently.

In any event there is a great big BMC poster next to the bouldering area saying ‘climb down’ etc. Also there are laminated posters attached to the mats themselves all over the area saying ‘climb down don’t jump’. I fail to see how you could not see them.

if this is indeed true, I don’t see how not instructing her to do the same is tantamount to negligence. I suspect CI need a better lawyer!

maybe I should tell them that logically I thought they meant 2232/01/2 giving me over 200 years to get the forms to them!

    highclimber

I don’t think you can realistically argue that you’d read 2/23/12 as 22/3/12. Not unless it was in a really weird font which didn’t display “/”, anyway.

I believe it to be more likely to put a “/” in the wrong place than get the date format wrong.

    highclimber

Had it been 2/3/12, there might have been some ambiguity

There’s more ambiguity in your example but it made more sense to believe it was the later date as i only recieved the letter on the 14th feb giving me only 1 week to attain a copy of my GCSEs, Birth Cert and photos which by anyone’s standards is cutting it fine!

because you don’t really need them.
certainly you don’t need anything more than non-detergent soap flakes though if you want to you cen easily get products such as Grangers 30deg cleaner and reproofer or Nikwak Tech wash and TX proofer.

depends on how worn the chain is and how long you’ve had it running on the same cassette. it is perfectly feasible to chainge(see what I did there) the chain and not the cassette and encounter no problems but it depends on the above (and other)factors. Try just changing the chain first and if it skips you can always do the cassette after!
