carpenter, fell into it by accident, wanted to join cops, did the 4 years then decided on whistler, met a woman spent money on hol and moving in with her, split up went london , saved 10 k in 8 weeks to go whistler for 6 month, met another female, stayed here, had kid and bought house, was gona go whistler this year, now goin nyc and vegas, moral of the story, chase your dreams and dont let females get in the way, maybe only way il get whistler is to get my ashes spread there, some days i never think about a change, other days it eats me up,especially in winter,money now is garb but in the past takin home 1k for a 40 hr week was crazy.. am i happy ? sure just when not at work

had fox lockout on my heckler, no bob at all, hardtail ive got 4 of them , 2 with front shocks and 2 with rigids,hmmm hmmm was getting used to the bob but seems like work climbing, i will just have to get out more , try bit harder…….

the bikes about 6 weeks old had about 12 rideson it, shock been ok from day one, just had a lockout switch on my old bike,but this shock doesnt give me that option, was giving myself while to get used to it, but kinda hankering for a lockout one again……….

my one is framed with 50×50 framing, osb against the door wall and insulated with rockwool bats, then plasterboarded…. considerable price ? depends what u think is considerable ?
plastserboard usually around 3 quid a sheet double garage around ,30-35 / sheets, glasswool 50 mm thick what 10 quid a bag 5 bags, 1oo mm bit more, do ceiling as well, framing, nails, fixings around 100… get to it ……………………… 🙂

i framed mine out, left exterior doors, double sheeted and insulated, timber floor, now a gym with sauna 48 inch lcd for turbo and bike store and workshop, cost me around 50 quid for paint and varnish, helps that im a joiner though.. AND yes the wife an brats dont get in either, we need our escapism in peace………..

ive had alu frames rawed up and have an old klein been riding past couple days, it did go bit white under some flaking paint but just rubbed off whilst removing all paint, all i do is spray with can of lacquer once rubbed down, no problems here and first one i did was a dale 20 years ago…………..

hmmm hmmm got up at 9, took kid and hound down beach 4 slow walk, shop on way back for some soup n rolls, ended up spending £100 on wine,vodka, chocs n red bulls n fancy cakes, not sure that was a good move ?
soup gone think i will retreat to loft and thro on some tunes and paint canvas with kid, wife and older brat home in 6 hours, tomorrows meal their department, oh the sting of 14 days off , no time to ride and bored shitless already………………. 8)

run i wish the knee doesnt like it anymore. bike no problem so more biking and gym just out 2 hrs ago have my own BUT i do have to get on some memorable bike trips to look back on with a smile in a few years, as they say time flies so i best get ticking some boxes…………..
