my point really is to warn other riders to be aware and be careful first and foremost.

in my opinion the logs weren't placed by kids, more like local dog walkers/residents of which there were a few around, grumpy ones too who are probably fed up with bikes.

there's several hotels in woburn itself, the magpie, the bell are a couple i can think of.

travelodges and holiday inns in central milton keynes too.

and a number of b&bs in fenny stratford including the hotel campanile which is only a couple of miles from woburn

Cheers Stumpy, can't decide between Ciclo and Sierra Cycling. Looking for something where you don't need a full face helmet but kneepads would be appropriate if you know what i mean

How would you describe Ciclo's riding? XC, Freeride?

People need to turn up with just their bikes. Saw a group of 6 or 7 lads on Sunday, half of them armed with shovels and this was no where near the jumps area

they are ridiculously cheap too. there's no excuse for not having one. saying that if they don't check people for them then i can see why people don't bother getting them in the first place. i've been checked once since 2005.

i know what you mean OG, a bit of moisture in the sand to keep it together is best.

There is no Woburn website as such. Most trail info can be found on local clubs' own sites. woburntrails.co.uk has some basic info that maybe of use.
