Happily living in Bromley and there is plenty of good off road riding around here.

Tell him to check out the Bigfoot bike Club, based around the shop in Hayes – have rides every Tuesday (8-00) and Thursday (8-30) night – guests welcome ( you can ride 3 times before being asked to join , something to do with insurance) , the shop will hire you light sets.

The rides continue thru the winter

    Weekends normally something realitively organised

Firstly thanks for all the advice – some great culinary advice and a few riding tips. For the record, although 48 I am still reasonable fit ( for an old bald bloke).

The really good news is that due to the lovely gentlemen ( Rob and Bill ) at Bigfoot Bikes in Bromley, I should be riding my brand new Transition Transam ( which I won in the ST competition).

So if you see an old bloke , on a white Transam, with a big grin – then say hello and thanks for all the advice.

Expensive ! depends alot on your budget and where you will live – I visit regularly ( we have a big office there ) and know plenty of people who are living there full time.

Do you speak any Russian yet – if not start now and learn to read basic cyrilic alpherbet it will help with trainsport big time. Also don't think of riding in Mosow but plenty of weekend riding possible.

Also get ready of a new kind of cold, winter is seriously cold ( but ALmaty is worse.)

Watched some of the Giro on Eurosport and was really unimpressed – was hoping for smeone to do a decent daily highlights show. Problem seemed to be the commentators had no control over the pictures – just taking someone else's feeds

Double check all spelling and grammer – if you don't it shows a lack of care and basic literacy skills.

never lie , be specific and list your strengths, if you list hobbies may them relevant – " I enjoy team sports including football " , " I enjoy rock climbing which requires both individual determination but absolute trust in your partner etc."

    What is the role ?

Just remember he will lie. His whole world has been a lie and whatever he says take it with a very large pinch of salt. My wife's dad tried to top himself and everything in the suicide note was a pack of lies – unbelievable.

You sound pretty sorted so don't waste your time
