    Thanks,
Some definitely have been on market for 4 weeks and still available, going to see one of these tomorrow.
There is also a healthy turn around of new properties on the market, so I guess it’s harder to haggle on these.
I can’t afford to get involved in bidding wars for sure, prices are already crazy

I use one of these with a padded laptop sleeve inside
Lomo 30L Waterproof Hi Viz Cycling Dry Bag Rucksack
    It is mega reflective

My only complaint is the lack of strap suitable for attaching additional light to.

    £880 in Credit
November usage was £300, DD £233 + Gov £66. so November balance stayed flat, but November was very mild
Gas usage is now running at £10/day so expected Dec bill will be more like £450+
I still expect to come out of winter with a little credit
Also spend £25-50/month on solid fuel

I have considered the new Bizango Carbon Pro, it looks like a great value option, out of stock but I assume it will come back in stock at some point, also looked at the Vitus Rapide CRX, but concerned its a bit short.
    Dial looks interesting too

Our Evri delivery lady is great. She works 6 days a week and deliveries are always as expected.
However every single delivery due on a Sunday (her day off) without fails goes missing, not delayed, just vanishes. Last wiggle parcel said attempted to deliver, when queried the GPS system told them it hadn’t been near to our address, refunded, no questions asked.

Those spikes are the kettle. I have up to 20 cups of tea a day….

Have you considered a one cup kettle. Boils and dispenses a cup of water at a time.
try googling Breville Hot Cup (I’m sure other brands are available)

Took my three kids up on Wed 13th and it wasn’t that busy, 15-20 minute queue at the top for summit at around 2-3 in the afternoon. No poo in sight on Miners and Llamberis paths, and luckily our dog didn’t find any either.
Cafe and toilets at the top were closed, signage at Pen-y-pass was clear that it was closed and there was no toilet facilities at the top.
We went prepared with supplies of dog poo bags and loo roll just in case.

If you put 142 ends on the Pro 2s you can then buy a conversion kit and re-dish the wheel. But it is a bit of a faff as you have to put a washer on the axle when you take the wheel on/off. Really depends how often you take the wheel off

    Try EASYJoint
I added another patio last year and used the same as original patio which is probably al least 5 years old, I patched up one or two small places on the older patio, but nothing serious at all, just because I had some. The original joints are still in great condition. Its easy to use too.
Jet washed at least annually with Karcher Patio attachment.

This bike will be geared so 627 dropouts not a problem.
    Hello Dave is 29er
Moxie / ribble / ragley are options but starts the 4130 vs 853 debate but I always wanted an 853 so it doesn’t tick the box. is that silly?
Stanton, switchback is 631, slackline an option but is geometry conservative? and it’s most of the cost of a kingdom.
    Transmitter is aluminium so out

Glengoyne is a good tipple for non-peaty/non-smokey
only had the 10yr, but a 12yr just arrived this morning and is waiting to be opened.
Mine came from house of Malt, but the 10yr is often available at M&S at about £35

To catch ‘within 5 miles’ the second car would have to travel at >125mph
It is an inequality question the > sign is important

My tumble drier was delivered dented, eventually replaced with one with a smaller dent. used it and it damaged clothes as door wasn’t flush and clothes caught in it. put in a claim, which was totally ignored. eventually they picked up and refunded. Never touching them again.

My 13yr old 5ft 3 has been riding my med Dartmoor Primal with 27×2.6 tyres, but it’s too long for him. He’s about to try my 2015 Med RM Instinct as it’s shorter, but less stand over. Been looking for a suitable frame for him but there isn’t much out available. Lots of smalls still have long reach. Any ideas on suitable small frames which are available?

did you find a good deal on a medium
cracked mine, so looking for a replacement. Fit was great and didn’t notice the bang to the head so it obviously did a good job, so looking for the same helmet

SRAM X3 sounds like a good options, I’ll give her the triggers vs twist option tonight.
Although her next bike has triggers, so tempted to get her used to those.

You can “open in Excel” rather than in Excel online to protect a single worksheet.

    another plus for instant ink.
think ours is 500 pages/month for about £12.99
normally my older cartridges would be lucky to do 300 pages and cost more

I just switched my dartmoor primal to 650B+ from 29 and I’m loving it, different frame but similar tyre/wheel options.
I went for 2.6 Maxxiss Forekasters 3C MaxSpeed compound and they are great for riding around me, very grippy without too much drag I matched a number of times on the downhills segments to my 29er full suss

Is the g form stuff any less hot?

Grahamt do you have the shirt or the jacket?

Kind of thinking I’ll cook in them all, at least as I mostly ride st night it’s a bit cooler

Have the xcracer 3mm adapter kit which works fine, although fiddly to get spacers in if you remove the wheel often

Only issue I have is chainline, my 34T doesn’t fit in middle position on chainset as it fouls frame. Running in outer position as a temporary fix to get on the road, but chainline well off. Only put together yesterday, probably going to need new cranks as I don’t want to run a smaller ring.

Nearly everywhere selling the rear mech lists it as 42max. Guess it’s just old copy on their pages

you can use a straight steerer with a larger crown race, lots of places sell them.

If you can’t find the right crown race you could replace bottom half of the headset

I’m just the wrong side on 40 and my high is around 195, not sure about being T Total, but without caffeine mine is slightly lower

For me, this level of HR is the stage where you are close to vomit, collapse off your bike when you stop and need at least 5 mins before you are able to get back on the bike again. It also pretty much ruins a ride because full recovery is so bad.

HR varies from person to person, nothing to worry about, like me you probably just have a HR on the higher side.

Ordered mine midday Wednesday 21st and they arrived yesterday. They arrived at Gatwick late Friday where they spent the weekend, then out for delivery 7am Monday. Update page seemed to keep good track of them.

Remember going up hills with one kid in a child seat and two in the trailer to shorts of faster daddy faster, hard work that was, but excellent training !

Got a Burley Ladybug for sale, It’s a double, I’ve owned since new and it’s done my three kids. It a few years old now, but I need the shed space, it’s the same as a Burley D’lite but different colour scheme. Has the stroller attachment (3rd wheel and push bar) so it converts to a buggy you can push around. Would be looking for pick up as it’s pretty big to post, even though it does fold. Located Surrey/Hants border. Comes with a bendy flag

Let me know if you are interested and I’ll get some pics sorted

I’ve had some overheating issues with a Tandem and a double trailer with 2 kids with 205/185 rotors. Ended up with 3rd rim brake on the rear.
An ebike with a trailer and one child should be fine, increase rotor size if you are worried.
On large hills going down, Sit up and use wind resistance, Use brakes alternately, front then back. Try not to constantly drag the brakes as that makes them heat up more.

NE Hampshire here nr Alton. Tending to head out towards the sand of Surrey at the moment (Tilford to Hindhead last night). Conditions in other direction towards Basingstoke are normally pretty grim at this time of year. But I am happy to supply routes or guide you through the mud if you are ok to ride in the evening.
