In which case is paracetamol worse for you than ibuprofen? In larger/un-recommended doses..
handyman153Free MemberThis is happening to me at the moment. I set up a new eBay and PayPal account, and because i have 0 feedback and history. Ebay/paypal has put a hold on the payment until either Feedback, or a tracking number is provided.
This is slightly annoying, as i sold about 15 things, and it is all on hold. Its slightly strange that somebody is asking for feedback before, they obviously can’t read the clear instructions on the site!
handyman153Free MemberSamuri..
I have sent you an email to that address… Thank you for the offer!
josh
handyman153Free MemberJust pushing up to the top… thought it might be worth trying out the daytime crowd 🙂
handyman153Free MemberThere are quite a few about.. Mainly on chinese Ebay, a friend of mine had one last year, for exactly the same reason as you. Said it worked perfectly, BUT they tend to be just copies of standard phones, so the interface is a little off.
Alternitively if you have an Iphone, you can get a case that accepts 2 sims, see the following link –
Clicky
This is a cheap version where you have to switch between the sim cards, but its an option!Josh
handyman153Free MemberI am just about to fit some.. I will let you know how they go!
handyman153Free MemberDura ace have a slightly lower profile pad, but will still work. Its the same fitting.
Personally the best pads are swisstop especially for muddy CX courses. But the Koolstop you have linked to are pretty decent, and will fit!
handyman153Free MemberThere is a cross bike out on the market. I cant remember the name though.
That has got 132.5mm rear spacing. Meaning you can either stretch or compress, back to whatever hub you wanted to use.
Will try and remember who it is..
EDIT – Here it is –
http://road.cc/content/news/51133-sneak-peek-litespeed-cx-2013-framehandyman153Free MemberAndy..
I think you have already done this..
But, i am sat at home with a broken collarbone, so can’t sleep!!Just done exactly what you wanted in a macro in Excel. And just emailed it over to you..
God… I must be bored.
Anyway, hope it helps.
Josh..handyman153Free MemberEvening..
Carbon railed saddles, usually only work with seatposts that clamp “top-to-bottom” much like a Thomson.I believe that your ‘x fusion hilo seatpost’ clamps from the side? which means that the curve in the metal where the rails sit is not big enough!
I know with seatposts like the S-Works (Has a similar clamp design) you can get spare clamps that will then take a carbon rail. Maybe worth an email to X Fusion? As for the other question.. Nope don’t take the tape off. Thats the braided part of the rail, and the bit that stops it snapping!
Josh.
handyman153Free MemberEllo..
I have got 2 Macbook Airs, 1 older style and 1 newer style.. Which screen size where you looking at?
They are great machines, the speed as you said is great. 128G is plenty of storage.
I used to have alot of music, that would take up a vast majority of that space, but i use things like Spotify and ICloud for music/videos. So 128G of programs and word documents is an awful lot!The only downside (not a particularly big problem) but they do tend to get a little hot, especially when using while plugged in.
I have got a Macbook Pro i use for work, which has pretty much the same feel when using. The only obvious benefit is the CD drive. Which does come in handy!
If your looking at getting one, i would definitely recommend the refurbished section on the Apple Store. Its not a massive saving, but its basically a new product in a blank box (Or at least mine was)
Cheers Josh.
handyman153Free MemberLike Portlyone says.
A macros that kicks in when the page is closed would work.Without getting to technical, a loop that checks every cell is more than 5% off, then lists the ones that aren’t.
Is that the sort of thing?Josh..
handyman153Free MemberI will be there, see if its the same mud-fest it usually is!
Good luck for your first race though!!!
(I will be the guy in the pbk.com kit)Josh..
handyman153Free MemberI have got one in my bedroom.
It ceiling mounted, and projects onto a very light ‘grey wall’. Picture quility is great, perfect for XBOX and DVD’s.
Only 1 thing i found it struggled with is live sport, like football. Picture gets a little bit grainy. Will pop a picture up when i get back from work..
Josh..handyman153Free MemberThe only place i think will do that is Phil Woods.
From the book i have in front of me, part number BRS35S. Should in theory be 135x68mm square taper. Just had a quick google, and there pretty damn expensive!!
Cheers,
Josh..Edit – This is the only place i can find –
CLICKhandyman153Free MemberToken make exactly the same thing, but for £10.99 better value i think 🙂

I applaud his money raising efforts – just can’t stand the self-rightous chump. And the mountain climbing was a frickin’ joke. no doubt, a huge amount of time and money was involved to get a load of ‘celebrities’ half way around the world to raise money. At least this year the overheads will be less.
Are you going to say the same about the desert trek they did this year?
Non of the money to actually get the people out the the Mountain, and the desert, came from the charities pocket. This was mentioned at the start of both events.
And because its the ‘famous’ people doing it, it inspires much much more people to then donate.. So i think calling it a Joke, is abit of a joke in itself to be honest.Just my opinion though..
handyman153Free Memberiain1775 –
If you have actually sent that, that is great.
Hope he gives the right answers..handyman153Free MemberBill…
When I started trying to up mine, I found the gear I would usually be in, then went 1 gear easier.
It wasn’t to much of a jump, but it meant you where spinning slightly more than you would have been. Over time, build it up and go easier and easier and it should fall into place.
It worked for me eventually.Cheers,
Josh..handyman153Free MemberEmpella frames, new for the ally frame and carbon fork, are around the £500 mark.
However, Columbus are the same… Just a different paint job.
I have had both, and could not tell a single difference in the actual build of the frame. The weights where the same to.Think the columbus frame and fork, can be picked up for about £350 on ebay. From the Paul Milnes shop.
Cheers

The DA cassette I had left around in the garage, and I use road cassettes on all my mountain bikes. I like having a much smaller gap between gears. And for racing I find its easier to have gears with a close ratio. Don’t think I have ever been short of a gear either.
Also, what’s the point in a front mech if you don’t use it? I don’t mind changing at all, that’s what it’s there for at the end of the day 🙂handyman153Free MemberEdric64 –
Its titanium.. Very please with it myself, cost £600. So as far as I am concerned, its perfect 🙂handyman153Free Memberheihei..
Its a similar bike..
It’s one I got made by the XACD company.
Based basically on the S-works 29er..Cheers,
Josh..handyman153Free MemberYeah.. They did come up very long..
Suppose that’s them trying to make them fit most frames, without having to put new hoses in…So yeah, is did cut them down. But didn’t have to re-bleed, worked fine after cutting down.
Saying that, they will probably need doing in a month or so.Josh..
handyman153Free MemberI am riding the race group set.
Full group apart from the cassette, which is dura-ace.My favourite part is the brakes, I really like how they feel, look, and most importantly perform.
Not had much chance to ride it, as I was waiting for the correct chain set to come into stock, but from the few miles I have done on it, its seems up to the same quality as all the previous xtr stuff. Very smooth shift, both front and rear, and if anything the front shift has got slightly smoother…A great feature is the whole 2x or 3x by changing the switch on the back of the front shifter. I originally started off with a triple, but then moved to a double, and this system, means there’s no risk of over clicking..
All in all, very nice kit… But it should be for the price!!!
Cheers
Josh…handyman153Free MemberFJ,
Continentals are pretty good. Something like the Ultra Gator Skin, I have never had any problems with them.
Or the specialized road tyres are actually pretty good, again never had any problems with those.
Cheers
Josh..handyman153Free MemberEvening…
Thanks for the comments again, i will try and get some form of video done, but if it keeps on raining, the snows not gonna last much longer.
SpokesCycles –
Its just screws, but plenty of them.Juiced,
Indeed you are right. The skateboard trucks do work. They are to wide for normal dropouts though. Take abit of playing with.
Heres a picture of the Scot’s little brother. Using the trucks idea, it works great. But its difficult to get the bolts tight enough on the rear axle –
Cheers
Josh..handyman153Free MemberOk…
Some pictures and a small description, for the few people that emailed me.Rear Clamp Mechanism –
10mm Rear axle through abit of wood, the bolted to keep in the middle, and bolted either side of the dropout to be as strong as possible –
Rear Ski Mount –
Because the BB is quite low, i had to space the rear ski down abit. Just blocks of wood screwed in.
Front Ski Mounting –
Because it 20mm through axle, it was just a 21 mm hole drilled through a piece of wood. The black on either side is a inner tube, then electrical tape to keep it secure either side, and to try and stop it spinning when it leaves the ground.
Mounting the ski’s –
Pretty easy, just 6 (However many you can be bothered with) holes countersunk.
Thats about it!
Cheers
Josh…handyman153Free MemberVan Halen –
It might do, only thing is the edges cant be sharp, cause they will just dig in.
My machine 🙂 wont go backwards because where I cut the ski’s in half is just a flat edge. If you can find away to keep the edges smoothly bent. I dont see why not..handyman153Free Memberyunki – Member
doesn’t it bottom out onto the BB housing..?Yeah it does, but it really isn’t noticeable when riding it.
Ti_Tim – Member
Excellent ! I’m going to try that – would it work with quick release and a hard tail frame do you think ?Cheers, yeah I tried it with quick release first, it went together fine, but they are abit thin and ripped through the wood. I moved onto the axles because they are abit more substantial and held in place better.
MrSparkle – Member
Handyman – where did you get the ski’s from? There from a Ex Army store up in Ripley. Here’s the website CLICK[/url] they have (or did have) loads.
Thanks for all the comments though, just been for a couple of hours on it. Working a treat, snow needs to be packed down abit more though..
handyman153Free MemberJuiced..
Rides wicked actually.
It doesn’t really dig in, it sort of drifts. But on straight slops you can kick the rear end out pretty easily.
On the more technical stuff, it was more a case of sticking a foot out, just for extra stability..handyman153Free MemberLionheart..
Its a Scott Ransom frame.. With Pace Monster RC150 forks. Bit over the top but o well 🙂handyman153Free MemberAllthegear..
You cant see them in the picture. (And I should have mentioned it).
I got a old style sqaure taper bottom bracket where the axle comes out, screwed in the cups into the frame, then bolted on some BMX stunt pegs though the 14mm hole with a 14mm rear axle, So there are foot rests.Juiced..
Indeed I will do some pictures, when its daylight. I will pop them on here, but also email them over to you.Cheers
Josh..
