I saw them in Bridlington a couple of years ago. I was stone cold sober but it was the best gig I’ve been to.

Dalby for me rather than Stainburn. Dalby will be quick with being frozen, Stainburn will be a icy boulder fest.

On my local circuit there is this small wooden bridge at the bottom of quite a long steep hill over a stream in the woods. This girl was bent over with her fella behind giving her one! They saw me coming from a distance and then pretended to “hug”. I blasted past and shouted go on son! I looked behind and only the girl was smiling back! Fit aswell!

Thanks guys. Thats exactly what I was looking for and some has given me peace of mind. Others have pointed me in the direction of a proper structural survey. Any ball park figures for these? Are these different/covered buy full home buyers survey?

    Thanks again.

    Hi David,

Yes, I think you are correct. It just need “modernisation” and the survey recommends within the next three months. So it sounds to me as though it is not essential for them to lend the money?

    Thanks for the replys.

The surveyor said it is inline with the other houses and not unusual for the age of the property. (1910 end terrace)

I’ve just come back from Wales. I did Llangdegla day one coed y Benin the beast day two and Penmachno day three. Penmachno was the perfect end to an amazing three days. If you like flowing ribbon single track through forest from a time forgotten then you will love it. I had one off over the three days and it was here as it eggs you on. I had to reign it in as i was alone and it feels remote.

I’m travelling from Leeds, is it worth stopping at Llandegla or head straight to Coed Y Brenin? Thanks again.

(Last minute tweaks to the plan!)

O.K got a plan now and thanks for the help.

Thursday drive to Coed Llandegla early morning and do the trails there, drive to Coed y Brenin pitch the tent and maybe do a short trail in the afternoon.

    Friday do “The beast”.

Saturday drive to Betws-y-Coed do one of the trails there (which is best?) Then drive home knackered!

    Thanks in advance!

Excellent, yes I was inbetween 50K and 75K I think. I have probably done around 40K three or four times before so do you think there is enough time to build up to 75K? Also are they really competitive or just fun, I have a an one on 456 and don’t want to stand out like a sore thumb!

I actively avoid going into town to shop and buy things. I used to hate going shopping and trying on clothes etc. I enjoy shopping now with my feet up, beer in hand and one click and my goods arrive the next day. Once the next generation grow up ingrained with shopping online, high street is dead. All the spare space will be handy for the housing problem.
