    Thought it was top pull as cable comes down the seat tube , how do you tell it’s a top swing ? Are they the ones with the clamp higher up as opposed to inline.

    Try a 70 or 80 depending on your riding style with a bit more rise than what you’ve got now, that will keep the front down , you could even try a riser bar to give a more head up position.

    Hi I broke my ankle in two places a few years ago, they removed my plaster after four weeks to allow me to go on a pre booked holiday, while away I did as much swimming as possible and it really helped, after 7-8 weeks I tried riding with flats four a few weeks then went back to spds and found it ok, if your still getting pain I’d give it a few more weeks to be on the safe side and see how it goes.

    Get a few more quotes, that seems a bit expensive to me.

    Hi I used to have one of these ,brilliant bikes , used mine in the alps with 150mm bombers and loved it, if you want to keep the same geometry though i’d go for fox f120 got them on my mount vision and they’re fit and forget.

    Hi danger mouse no pics sorry, I noticed the crack myself after I looked over the system when it failed to bleed.

    Hi, I had this trouble on my tech x2 it turned out to be a hairline crack on the caliper near the bleed nipple, contacted hope and they sent me a new one foc, brilliant customer support. Check for any cracks or loose fittings.

    i used to get very painfull fingers ( same as yours )felt like they'd been broken,it happened on really rough ground and in the end i narrowed it down to poor damping on my low end forks,i've run marz,fox and rockshox since with no problems,hope this helps.
