I've ran the Float RLC 15mm's for some time now and think they are the best forks I've ever used. I've had Talas RLC's Vanilla RLC's plus many others and the Floats just edge them all. My Van's were the 08 normal QR versions and they are buttery smooth. But the Floats are easily as smooth and plush with the added benefit of being a bit lighter. Either way, you will get an excellent set of forks.

Blues Brothers – second to non.

The car chase in the 2nd Bourne film at the end is quite good too.

I'm a Liverpool fan and I do respect everything Giggsy has done. He is a great role model for any budding football player – but win this!!!!!!! No way.

Not a member at the moment but hopefully will be soon if I get over this injury. Here's my entry into the club anyway when I had this 04 ARC

Later bought the 08 575 and here it is how it finished before selling it

Of all my L series lenses my favourites are the 70-200 f2.8L IS and the 85 f1.2L Mk2 as they are razor sharp and versatile too. I use the 24-70 f2.8L and it is more more versatile than a prime wide-angle and still good value for money. I've hardly used the 400 f2.8L IS this year but hopefully that will change next year :D

Ditto – Linn LP12 & OL Silver/NAC62,HICAP,NAP250/Karik CD Numerik DAC/Kans. Yes the Kans are light on bass but the Mk1's are very detailed when driven by a big amp like the NAP250. All old kit but still giving tremendous sound compared to modern stuff and all bought at bargain prices :D

As I said, those speakers are really not very good I'm sorry to say – just because it says Linn doesn't mean it's guaranteed be good!

Sorry to say but the Linn Keosa's are tripe!! They are far and away the worst speaker they've ever made. Ditch them! Get the dealer to recommend some speakers that you could buy at a later date if funds are tight then fleabay the Linn's immediately to make way for the better speakers. I use Linn Kan Mk1's and they are very good little bookshelf speakers although not to some tastes. given a decent amp like my NAP250 and they sing really well. Beauty of them too is they are designed to be used up against a wall. You can pick these up reasonably cheaply on fleabay too. It's a long dark path your treading but have some fun anyway.

Your right about the Leema and the Naim XS amps but I would just listen and go by your own judgement. I'm a great fan of the Naim sound but use seperate pre/power amps so can't comment on those that you picked. I guarantee that you will be more than happy with either. Ask if you can do a home demo as well as most good dealers will. That way it's going to give you a more accurate sound than at the dealers shop.

Two of my all-time favourite cars in one episode – the Delta Integrale and the Stratos!!!!!! I would love an Evo 3 Integrale, my mates got one and it's fantastic.

I'm trying to help, support and be there for my girl-friend who recently lost her sister when she took her life at the age of 38. Totally tragic, left 3 lovely kids and lots and lots of questions and why's. Not a nice situation at all and I sympathize with anyone else who has also had to deal with this.

I've always used them with my SRAM/Avid kit and I think they are very good. Quite a bit of adjustment regarding shifter trigger positions and more room on your bars.

I'm a Liverpool fan and yes I go the matches. We didn't deserve go through, very poor performances against Lyon cost us dear. There are lots of things wrong at the club at the moment but I'm sure the team will bounce back – beachball pun lol – but hopefully with new owners who will get behind the club and not just live of it's past glory.

I loved the old Hot S 2.2 tyres, the all black ones not the garish red side-wall ones. Great grip in almost any conditions but at their best in the dry.

Best bet is check all the kit out on fleabay. The turntable and arm could be split and should fetch reasonable money especially if they are in good nick. I would watch the same items you have and that will give you a good idea regarding their value. If you have boxes for the stuff even better.

Fleetwood Mac's Rumours. An album made with the band pouring their hearts into it with superb songs. Stevie Nicks faboulous vocals and Buckinghams brillaint guitaring and song-writing. Absolute classic.

    Here was mine

They are a very very nice ride and they are superbly built. Buying one second-hand makes great sense and if anyone says get an On One or Ragley etc etc tell them no chance – the Merlin is head and shoulders above them. Yes new they were expensive but for £600 which is what I paid for the frame, it was well well worth it.
Mine was a 16.25 inch frame but I'm 5ft 8ins and so suited me fine. The ride is typical ti loveliness and takes the sting out of the trails with those wishbone stays. I really liked the bike and only sold it due to an injury as otherwise it would still be here with me now. Mine as pictured came in at 21.3lb and just flew – shame about the rider though
