We drove to Hollingworth,parked up and went along the Longendale trail
till we got to the tunnels.
Followed Woodhead pass untill the bridleway on the left,then had an epic of a ride back along the top’s then dropped back down and did a loop back.
Came a cropper on the snowtopped ice :D,top ride out.

It was however,artic up there,proper windchill,even the tube’s on the camelbak froze 8O

About half ten,setting off now.

(Hour’s drive)

I thought i was on my own :|

I’ve been on citalopram for over a year now,along with pyridoxine.
I didn’t ride bikes since i was 15,bought a voodoo and a cx bike and ride 3 or 4 day’s a week,with a long epic on sundays.

I had a nasty work accident 3 years ago and lost 2 fingers on my left hand. That started me off i think.
Riding my bikes and driving my kit car help me enormously.
I am still up and downy sometime’s and feel sorry for my girlfriend.

Work are sympathetic,so all good there.

I think i will always have “demons” i just hope i can continue to control them

It was very gloopy in bonsall on saturday.

I’ve got cx pro’s fitted,great all rounders and fast rolling imho.

On friday morning 9 of us did whinlatter,both red runs,got in the car and drove to Mabie and did the red and black.
Saturday drove to kirroughtree and did the red and black.
Today did Mabie again and drove back!
Slept in those pods in mabie house hotel grounds,mint!
660 miles done in car!

Best biking weekend ever 8)

Going on friday,then straight to Kirrotree.
