Why not contcat your local MP for advice. They seem to be able to claim significantly more things against tax than both my accountant and HMRC allow me.

(*check ALL carefully on %earnings or flat rate charge and see which works for you)

be wary of £xx tax free per day claims, unless you're an MP fairly strict rules appear to apply on expenses etc.

    Given my understanding
50% of total pot split evenly across workforce
other 50% of pot split pro rata (assuming on salary – so higer salary gets more)
that sounds ok to me, it seems to try to get round the rather flawed % method employed by a depressinly large no of companies whee I worked.

The only alternative I can suggest is along the lines of where I once worked:
    – 3 bonus targets
    – level 1 – everybody got £500
    – level 2 – everybody got £1000
    – level 3 – everybody got £1000 plus 5% salary

Again, the method used appears to be ok to me.

hospital tube, jam jar with hole punched into lid, you can also use a generic syring to dispense fluid into reservoir – avoids spillage etc.

I'm a non whisky drinker – in fact the smell of some is pretty close to getting my gag reflex going, however for some totally obscure reason I like whisky mac, it just seems to smooth and mellow it and turn it into something that gives you the warm inner glow carry on

a mixed bag for me, I LOVED the bloke in the giant wheel as I could vaguely understand the physical effort and balance etc, the 'rainfall' trampoline stuff was good – but wore quickly – multi person skipping and ribbon hanging ..oh dear …….

have an inside cutoff – and the place the outside tap below this, so you can drain the outside piping in winter (cutoff off, outside tap on, drain, tap off). From what I can work out modern outdoor kits/taps have backflow devices which jam when frozen (but can be fixed by disassembly/reassembly) and gentle persuasion but it sounds like you need to build on in to the system on inside.

Red Lion, Chievley – nice loop from there (to S)
Couple of Pubs in East Ilsley (I park there – not been to pubs) – for loop from there – using Ridgeway (sort of round EIlsley)
Pub in West Ilsley used to be good (*many years ago)
Pub at Upton is handly for a Ridgeway loop (W)- but pub nothing special
http://www.boarsheadardington.co.uk/pub.htm – nice, trendy, expensiveish – on loop for Rway

the guys I knew worked metal – they made their own. Box section. I **think** they drilled through from front of garage wall, bolts on a metal plate, welded heads, plate and bracket on inside to sit box into.

*if doing this beware that some little * can still pull out the bottom corner of metals doors so the door needs to be bracketed to the bars as well

if standing on a conveyer belt [an appropriately skilled person] would be able to throw and catch a frisbee, they would also be able to get it to land on a conveyer belt – all bases covered ;+)

cracking, easily portable toy, get some mates and try frisbee football, remembers happy days down N devon chilling on beach ……………

depends on which is your way in and out
    – assuming back door
    – can put drop/slide bars right across the garage door (side 2 side or up and down)
    – or bolts that go from garage door into side walls/floor/roof

then alarm/extra padlocks on back door opening

as children we made flame throwers out of really cheap(very thing easily compressed) gallon plastic containers, so could you fill one of them up, seal it to the tyre them jump onto it going for the big bang approach

    gusamc

could try tieing a strap/rope round the tyre and force middle of tyre into wheel rim(tighten loop), lube/encourage sides if tyre towrads rim whilst doing it, pump like the wind once it's all clamped – should be less volume to fill and should be better sealed

re the drains away from the house – drains to where ?
(has it been windy and reversed the drain flow)

Only asking as my parents house had damp mould on inside of various outer walls till we discovered that the twatt who laid the gravel had used plastic as suppressor membrane and that was funneling water to the house – which had gravel and 'debris' against the walls.

have you tried putting a strap/loop round tyre, forcing middle of tyre into rim well (by tightening loop) and encouraging sides towards rims then pumping like crazy

as an alternative (sorry don't know if you have cable) but I have a couple of light bulb holders with clamps, so with an ext lead and 4waybrick I can have a light hanging at either end of the bike and can move and clamp as reqd

    FM – cheers
OP – hope you don't mind the blag..

    you in the trade ??

anyway- is the pipe size based on boiler capacity or is it based on that the new regs say 22mm

and is it from the meter to the boiler.

Also – if your house had a boiler in the kitchen (on 15mm pipe) and a gas fire in the living room on 15mm pipe does that mean if you wanted a new boiler you'd have to repipe both from meteer withh 22mm

don't forget to take into account ever changing regs.

I **think** (and am happy to be correced, in fact I'd love to be corrected) but for e.g. pipe from meter to boiler must now be 22mm – however am not sure how regs work – ie they tend not to be retrospective – so if fitting a new boiler does that mean changing the meter connection ?????????????

depends on what you're trying to do (and what fittings you have to do it with)
    – decent allen key set
    – decent torx sets
    pliers
    copaslip (copper grease)
    track pump
white etc smooth sheet (*if you take things apart and drop something you'll thank me)
digi camera – as thta way you have a before I took it apart image
    socket set

Check where tyres sit in relation to car exhasut
Get a light bar that works
Consider access to the hatch – with rack on and biked up
see 1" motorbike straps / tie downs for attaching bikes
consider a decent locking cable if leaving unattended ..

If you can take out the rear seat cushions (actually out, leaving backs in) can you get both bikes and wheels across behind driver and use hatch for luggage. Faster, safer..

I did a route on Islay – a while ago, it's been removed from new OS maps and it was quite tricky. The last bit was carry over bog + tussocks and as I remember (so poss inaccurate) that the path got so narrow close to a drop I walked a bit, also requires gps/compass/map reading skills as bit before path was absolutely unmarked.

Drop a post if you want more info
