For carpet, an upright Dyson. DC08 here, been faultless since new (8 yrs ago).
Not the best for other flooring types though.

Out of interest, does it still do it when stationary?

There's a topic running on the FFOC at the moment with your exact problem. No definitive answer yet on the cause, other than possible contaminated PAS fluid, or a faulty rack.
I'll do some more digging over there & see what flags up. 🙂

I made a very pikey cheap one.
Car boot liner, £2 from B&Q:

    Like this… http://www.kover-it.co.uk/images/233.jpg

Big lump of foam to sit on, and some rope threaded through the holes in the tarp to give something to hold on to.
Completely uncontrollable, but will nail anything else in a race to the bottom of a hill! 😀

    Yep, on business though.
Wouldn't want to go there as part of a holiday jaunt though, not much to do.
The tourism side of it is dead on it's arse, plus it's very expensive.
A loaf of bread cost me 8 dollars!

    Absolute shite.
Limited (expensive) paint range, that seems to need more coats than their standard paint. Took 3 coats to do one bedroom with it, subsequent rooms took one coat of normal paint instead, after I ditched it & used a normal roller.

Doesn't self clean anywhere near as good as the adverts make out either. It takes 3/4 of an hour to do so, noisily, and can still be made cleaner by manually rinsing the damn thing out.
    Avoid.

We'll get some snow down here in Londinium. But i'll wager that it won't amount to anything more than 2-3 cm at the most.
    15-20cm? No chance.

Missus had hers out a couple of years ago, after having frequent bouts of debilitating pain. Quick procedure, 45 mins, and home the next day. She would have been home the same day had it been an earlier appointment.

She had to take things relatively easy post-op for about a week, and said the worst pain was in her shoulders and neck because of the gas they use to inflate your abdomen!

Absolutely fine now, although she no longer eats tomatoes as they bring back a kind of gall-bladder attack (despite not having one) and makes her very sick.

At the end of the day, it is still major abdominal surgery though, even though it's mostly laparoscopic now.

PS3 is a good BluRay player, but is now eclipsed by the current entry level stand-alone's. A Sony BDP-S360 player (£79) will wee in it's shoes as far as BluRay / DVD playback is concerned.

GTdave was it a once off in the mondeo?

Nah. 3 in a Mondie is easy, done it many times. 3 in a Focus is a much tighter fit & requires much more kiddy-seat manipulation. Still do-able though (just)!!
We always have 2 Graco Rally-sport high-back boosters in our Focus & occasionally squeeze a britax booster (sans back) in the middle.

Argos are ace!! They mispriced a very nice 40" flat screen TV by considerably less than anywhere else (including on-line) and gave me free delivery within a week! Made me very happy. 😀

3 in a Mondie is do-able, been there, done that.
Shitroen Pickarseole will do 3, as will a Multipla. Plus the usual suspects of a Galaxy/Alhambra/Sharan easily. 3 in a Lexus too. 😀

Dedicated BlueRay player these days. The PS3 is no longer king of the hill when it comes to BlueRay playback.

Wait until you get the TV, and buy the BluRay player in the January sales. 😉
None (apart from a few very early models when BlueRay was introduced) have SCART anymore. I would guess it's unlikely that your CRT TV has component inputs either.

The 2010 is an excellent bike. Has the same frame, ABP & rocker link as last years fuels. I think the rear can is the same too.
A fantastic ride, going from the experience of my 09 EX8.

DMR Terror Pins will be fine. They come in 8 or 10mm lengths.
One slip on the pedals with the 10mm's and you can kiss your shins goodbye! 😆
Failing that, I think they are a standard M4 grub screw.
    Yep, M4x0.7×10.

I'd also swerve the Clone Wars game. Our 6 yr old got very frustrated with it & won't play it. It bugged the hell out of mee too. You'll be able to download the demo though & see how he likes it.
Cant get him off the Lego Star Wars / Indy Jones / Batman series though! 😆

Done lots of research into this myself, online & viewing in person.
Same size & similar budget. Have narrowed it down to:

    SONY BRAVIA KDL40W5500

    SAMSUNG LE40B650

    Both get very good reviews.

They work fine, provided you wrap a bit of inner tube round the bar first to stop any slippage.
I used one to bodge an old phone mount to some bars.

Personally, I've never had a problem with them. Ordered many pairs of Bolle & Uvex glasses from them over the years, always had good service. 😕

Giro Hex or Phase. I have both and they are equally as comfortable.
Phase looks a bit more 'mushroom-heady' on me though.
I also have a Uvex xp100 which is just as comfy, but looks better! 😆

Fox Flux looks nice, but the fit is no good for me, it really hurts the top of my (somewhat pointy) head.
