First time i have rode to work since September as I crashed off my bike and suffered a plateu tibia fracture and 2 pieces of metal to hold my bone back together.

I Went for a twenty minute spin on my bike today.First time on my bike for 8 weeks as i crashed off my bike and sustained a tibia plateu fracture.Still on crutches at the moment but needed to go for a quick spin.Will be a while untill i can properly ride though,but looking forward to the challenge.Oh and I have two metal plates holding my bone together!!

I recently bought a Samsung wave 11 from Carphone Warehouse for £110.Obviously not the best phone about but i am very happy with it as it has a 5mp camera built in and records in 720p HD.

Left BT to go to o2.O2 Briiliant.BT well dont get me started!!!!Changed over phone and BB on 3rd may and they charged me for a full month of internet despite it all being disconnected and in a box under the bed.I get home last night to find a bill from BT wanting another months money for the internet!!!I have an email from them saying that from the 3rd may the phone line will be no more.I was worried as it did not mention anything about the BB so i phoned them.They said as my phone line was not connected then i would not have BB.but a few weeks later i receive another email telling me about some great deals becuase i am still a bt customer!!!!I have phoned them and they said i should receive a FINAL bill soon,but they could not tell me what it was going to be!AND they want to charge me for £30 for changing becuse i am still in a contract.I have had BT BB for about 4 years but was not aware i was in a contract anymore. 8O

If you are local to Longleat in Wiltshire look at the Black Cannon Collective website.They organise loads of races and ride every tuesday night on there own land and the sorounding countryside.You can even borrow some night lights for the night rides and then its to the pub for a laugh at who fell off.

Good luck my friend.The problem is sometimes you could have the best bike money can buy but you cannot buy enthusiasm.I lost my job last March and at the same time my little boy was born.Now you would think that i would be out on my bike 24/7 but the reality is i hardly ride anymore as i like to spend a lot of time with the little chap so like your good self i will try to regain somme fitness too.

Me a cheap skate and out of work can i remove my xtr cranks without the TL-FC35 as i installed it without it.

Did it last year when the tour of britain was in Frome and I really enjoyed it.Wont be able to make it this year as I am doing the Blast on Salisbury plains.Whoever does do the cobble wobble will have lots of fun as this is the kind of event which will get better and better each year.

The winter challenge attracted 850 people.
I cant see it being any less,most people do what i do and turn up on the day.See you there.

I was only joking about starting from the front and working my way towards the back,I started towards the back in January and I loved the feeling when I overtook a load of people along the way.Gave me a challenge.I am riding with speedking supersonics,maybe the wrong choice but we shall see.

A mass start for all three distances.
I think this may end in tears.
Perhaps I will make sure I am the first one off the line and work my way back.LOL.
