There’s fab mtb trails on Table Mountain itself and nearby. Security is an issue so best to hook up with some locals. This is the website to go to https://www.tablemountainbikers.co.za/ – great bunch of people who’ll happily help or invite you on daily rides.

If you really can’t face the GP… Try a manuka honey dressing for a week. I made my own for a nasty saddle sore and was sorted in short order.

Sky Go won’t work for you; it can’t cast, so you have to watch it on a phone or tablet. Sharkbait’s suggestion looks right.

Might go to this – Mountain & Music – mainly because Mrs G knows the singer. https://www.kendalmountainfestival.com/events/mountain-and-music?eventinstanceid=949727

    How severe is your ODC

    Snigger.

I’m with the OP. Just spent the whole afternoon leaf clearing. This year made extra fun with a big drop of horse chestnuts.

Biggest problem for plastic tanks is exposure to sunlight

I’m in Dentdale – western Yorkshire Dales – so sunlight not the biggest issue 🙂 Thanks for all the info above – lots of stuff I didn’t know about.

It’s a single skin plastic tank and about 15 years old.

If you’re concerned you can require a Radon Bond from the seller – basically an insurance policy to cover the cost of remediation if required. I’m sure your solicitor will know abou ti.

I live in a house which turns out to have really high radon levels. I’ve been in the process of installing a sump and pump for a year now 🙂

The loop down to sedbergh up Garsdale and back along Mallerstang is glorious in either direction. Or head North into the country lanes west of Kirkby Stephen and choose your own routes through Soulby, Crosby, Asby etc

    Fab area (home for me!)

Yes done that. Provided a reasoned argument on evidence much like yours. Went through on the nod and over the last few years has saved us a decent amount of money. Have a go. What have you got to lose?!

To try to answer the OP’s original question. One of my colleagues uses a plug-in called Tempo to achieve some of what you want to do, and uses it for the same sorts of reasons you need something.

Fortunately I’m in a team where we can work purely using the ‘how many points do we think we can do in this sprint’ approach 🙂

I read that question differently and would say the answer is 5 × 10^-3  The question is asking to rewrite the expression in standard form. But that surely isn’t gcse is it?

Dogs are territorial therefore you need to demonstrate that this is your territory and that you are big and aggresive enough to defend it. Like this:

Yes I’ve been. Cambridge Beaches definitely. Naval Dockyard is just up the road and good for half a day. Hire a motorboat from Somerset Bridge and do a loop round Somerset island. Day trip out to St George’s and St Catherine beach.

It’s an expensive island (No income tax just purchase taxes) However public transport is excellent and cheap. You can hire scooters I think but there’s no car hire for tourists. I found bermudans lovely and a pleasure to chat to on the bus etc. It’s a cruise liner destination popular with Americans. Try to find a schedule and time your itinerary to avoid them. Bermuda has some of the loveliest beaches I’ve ever been on, but I’m sure you know that! Enjoy!

Yes, I’ve got two of them. Solid and well made, do the job nicely. Never had a reason to look at anything else.

For the Lake District I think Coniston Old Man is a greater starter. Navigation is straightforward, it’s got the interest of the old mines, quarries; it’s a rugged environment; a tarn to distract from tired legs and you can walk over the top and round for a different way down. If you park at the top of the access road, it isn’t even a huge amount of climbing.

If your electrics are in good order – proper ring mains and the like – powerlines can work quite nicely. Could you find someone to lend you a couple to try? To meet the same problem as yours, but with dodgy electrics, I bought one of these TPLink jobbies and threaded a cat5e cable through from the router. The neat thing with this set up is that the box can take its power from the cat5e cable so no plug needed. Provides a really strong wifi signal.

It may well not be the best strategic choice to patent it then. Would your company have the clout to enforce it? Would you even know if someone else was infringing? Is your novel and inventive step really broad enough to stop others inventing around it. Unless you have the right answers to all of those, your patent would be for vanity only- which unless you are trying to attract investors/buyers is probably not a wise use of funds.

^^ These are wise words. An IP lawyer told me that unless your pockets are deep enough to defend a patent, don’t go there. Better to keep the IP in-house and use it.

You’re entitled to your statutory redundancy payment calculated using the govt formula and capped at 479 a week. This is tax free. You’re also due notice pay, outstanding holiday and any unpaid wages. I would argue that unpaid wages would include unpaid expenses. These claims can be made against NI if the company doesn’t have the funds. The Administrators should provide you with forms to fill in and I think you can apply online too.

If the company is ‘bought’ edlong has the answers. I think deals can be struck whereby staff need to sign a new contract and effectively there’s no TUPE. However if you don’t want that new contract you still have the redundancy entitlements.

Regular drivers from nw to Switzerland here. Always drive across to Hull and get the overnight ferry to Zeebrugge. Then head down through Luxembourg and eastern France to Basle, though depends on where in Switzerland you’re going. Dont forget to buy your vignette, you might need another one for the trailer.

Edit.. Sorry, you do say Davos, so better to come down through Germany and come in either past Zurich or through Liechtenstein. The former is slower but more scenic. You can still start at Zeebrugge.

They sometimes creak where the rails enter the plastic body. Worth a squirt of something in the gaps you can’t cover with copper slip.

Yes, I’d second that. I regularly spray a bit of WD40 into the saddle to stop creaking. I suspect that the geometry of my setup, or the way I ride, is such that I stress saddles in ways they don’t like and they end up creaking and complaining.

Vodafone also do an offering but the name escapes mew.

OneNet… we use it. It’s OK and does exactly what the OP wants, plus integration with mobile phones if wanted.
