    as above, the fashion police.

consensus is they just look crap on risers, ok on flats.

I have one bike with flats, and guess what – bar ends ! (I find them very effective)

won't put them on my other bikes, all risers.

Stuff a bottle in there – but as others have said, mtb off road + bottle on frame = misery (too much sh*te)

as has been said above, celeb babe/bint/attwhore gets invited to some sort of high level bash, then finds herself seated next to a psychopath …

sticky wicket really, should have had more sense. I'd be scared too.

as for the media choosing what to cover etc, ain't it the usual here in the UK

Ask your GP about Colchicine (sp?) some sort of plant extract – needs to be taken at onset, prevents immune system from trying to deal with uric acid crystals, so preventing inflammation and hence pain – I think.

    *might not work for everyone

trial and error with diet is the way forward, if attacks are infrequent and manageable with OTC pain medication

oh, and as everyone says, stay hydrated !

don't HMRC send you a bit of paper (Coding Notice ?) telling you how it's calculated/arrived at ?

sounds like your employer has declared something on your P11D – and they should have given you details of that …

more format wars eh?, DAB seems to work fine in my car, factory fitted Sony unit methinks, also the Pure job in the bedroom at home seems perfect reception wise.

we're talking planet rock, arrow, kerrang type crap.

any danger of those stations appearing on FM then, or moving to new formats ?

never really used internet radio, must investigate !

yep, good points I guess. However I think the victim was a young bloke, karate instructor etc – my money's on the gunshot.

massive sorry mess, all of it.

my opinion and that of mates I've spoken to in the pub (!) is that the whole OTT (?) police reaction to this was to simply avoid another Cumbria scenario, which had only just so recently shocked us all.

so speculating wildly then, as the cop was parked up on a roundabout which is en route north to Rothbury, along comes our hero, "hang on a minute, I recognise that b*stard… " …..

    any takers ?

    /<pure speculation>

Three shootings and only one death, not a crack shot is he??

by his own admission, he wasn't trying to kill the girl, the traffic cop* was just damn lucky..

splitting hairs a bit aren't we mate ? you suggesting he might not have done it ? (for the purposes of this discussion on this forum)

*did I read somewhere this PC had actually previously pulled Moat for some motoring offence, driving an uninsured van IIRC. Said Moat was very aggressive and anti police !

    It's a decision for Facebook

There is a certain strata of society who will always hate school/the police/authority/govt/(insert any other group who annoy you) and are basically uneducated eejits etc etc – nonetheless, very intimidating to have to live alongside (depending upon your own value system)

These unfortunates will always support an outcast like Moat, however sad his story may be, just because of the outlaw stance – not for his deeds. The poor victims are merely collateral damage, or even in some twisted way also victims of the larger "system", not of our hero.

LOL at mf "discussing" things with his missus.

We discuss things in our house too, same result mate (unless you finally put your foot down)

    Then what?

liking it – you do realise in that scenario, if the pigeons spread their wings and held on to the perches – the truck would fly !

    no conveyor belt required.

    outstanding. 😉

don't forget I'm assuming the same mass of air stays in the lorry at all times, otherwise we are in BS territory …

btw, the footy was OK, and the beer was cold – looking forward to tonight's !

    greyman

Right.. so if the pigeons are standing on the floor initially, then the weight reading on the scales is truck + birds. Once the birds take off and are gliding, the reading on the scales is just truck.

LOL – which polytechnic was that degree from ?

some good craic though – so it will make a diff whether the birds are gliding or flapping ? they don't fly like airplanes fly you know …

    Weight of what?

mass – of all the little atoms making up birds, lorry, perches et al
