Pretty much all of the bottom was closed on Sunday, luckly we headed down Motorway on the Blue and back up to Buzzards for BBB, a play in the freeride and back down the blue.

Just call enviromental health, they should not be cutting without a water kit on the saw to suppress the dust.
and the very least they should be paying to wash your car and the house windows if they are dusty.
Should really speak to your neighbour first though before escalating the situation.

My first Daffodil was out at work three weeks ago, the Snowdrops are about done and the Bluebells are shooting away but no flowers yet, all in West Fife.

I was riding this in the lite class and was hating the race till i got stage one under my belt.
Loved stage 3, four was shortened for us lites and was basically just the red trail.
Stage five was awesome and my favourite of the day, despite being knackered.
Oh and i recomend not riding an enduro with a pulled muscle from falling down stairs the day before  .

I see it as white and gold, but over a period of a couple of seconds It changes to blue black. Weird to see it fade like that, I’ve tried it on a couple of computers so it must be my brain doing weird things.

I stumbled on this yesterday as well, was quite scary to watch, then the more i watched i thought they should show this as a what not to do, i did notice they sorted his airway though, so a thumbs up for that.

Used one for a ride on my Five Alpine, too big a gear for me to push at the moment, but it did feel smooth especially when standing to pedal and I never noticed any increase in pedal bob (90kg lightweight here), it definitely worked on the single pivot for me.

Its a very course type of sand, can still see bits of shell in it, but it’s to blend in with the original pointing.

I use this for repairs at work Masons Mortar very easy to use, just like mixing normal concrete but we use a courser aggregate in the mix.

I ran 150mm Talas 36’s on my Five no problem.

The Alpine Five is a hugely capable bike. I was a 29er sceptic but bought an Alpine to replace my 26″ Five and the Alpine is just so much better.
Definitely worth putting one on the list to try.

You’d fit a xs or s Orange Five, I’m about 5’6″ and ride a small Five and have just bought a Five AM with 29″ wheels.
Bit different but you’d probably fit the xs Bird Aeris with the 15″ seat tube.

    Saturday-
Wash bike, fix leaking gutter, fix car, deliver airguns I’ve fixed during the week, go to LBS and sort other folks wheels then relax.

    Sunday-
Get bike dirty at Glentress and wash it again. Then relax and probably watch Gravity.

The North Third route at Cambusbarron is pretty good, you should find the route on the MBR site as they covered it not that long ago, if your feeling fit you can do it and Dumyat in a day.

Go to fishing shop and ask for Stormsure, its a flexible polyurethane sealant for boots, waders, rubber boats and all sorts of things.
