We have two kids. Our youngest is three and the eldest is eight. We were with the youngest when the altercation happened. It was the eldest who came to answer the door with me at home.

    Fair enough

How old is your kid Op?

As you said you had to explain to them why the police came around so I’m guessing not toddlers or babies, in which case why was a parent and child space really needed?

On the how hard is it that you need a special parking place side of the argument and not calling strangers a prick for making you walk an extra 50m and have to be considerate opening your doors like the rest of us.

I have a nook and like it, assuming they are still available I’d recommend. I have the glow one which is backlit and is nice.

Echo the above, find them fine but don’t recommend the shorts which I find a weird cut.

Fair comment, guess I am just wondering if liberating the city from siege could of been achieved at a lower humanitarian cost or was it always doomed to come at the cost it did

So now the rebels are leaving the city. So was Russian intervention right? Would it not of carried on for years to come otherwise? Iran, Saudis, Turkey, Gulf states would of kept on funding and arming their proxies to keep the fight going just as we are seeing in Yemen which is just as bleak a picture as Syria is right not and that tragedy is being undertaken by our ally using weapons we provided.

Just set up the T2240 for the first time, took a couple of hours annoyingly but got there in the end, did a couple of miles on Zwift and looking forward to giving it a proper go this week.

Just not sure if I should do a proper training plan or group rides and races. Will do an FTP tomorrow and take it from there.

They are bringing in the medium combustion plant directive and National Grid are excluding diesel from a lot of lucrative power contracts going forward, both to combat diesel farms and the recent rush to install 20MW farms to take advantage of the demand response opportunities up for grabs the last two years which they didn’t foresee driving investment in diesel farms.

Apparently you can’t use your BC discount on web exclusive discounts but some staff still apply it and some don’t. I am going to give it a go on a turbo later.

Interesting he had a failed test for Modafinil, I have wondered before how prevalent that is on things like the transcontinental and RAAM

I use it and find it pretty good value despite thinking it expensive to begin with. The real benefit is getting access to the daily book of the day which is £1.99 and I pick those quite up quite often and land up saving my tokens for when its 2 for 1 which they run quite often. I got a book the other day that was 45hrs long, where else do you get 45 hours of entertainment for £2?

Old thread but does anyone have any comments on how the workouts compare now to trainerroad? Googling seems to suggest for structured training most people prefer trainerroad but most comments are from last winter and not sure how much its improved? Would be looking for something equivalent to the 12wk base and sweetspot plans.
