Elbry Sandland – he's an unsung hero of the "freeride" movement here in the UK. he hits up all sorts of sick hucks around gnarly exmoor.

    dear airborne10101
hi what is the quality of the bearings you are selling for various frames on ebay? are they skf bearings or any good quality japanese bearings? or are they non branded? what sort of garentee do you offer that these are good quality? where do you source the bearings from?

    in response

    dear xx

Hey mate, there off the shelf bearings so not the best quality. The are fully pregreased and weather proofed by hand so won,t rust quickly. As for were I source my bearings no one in there right mind would answer that. If you want enduro max bearing through ebay it about £50 because of the fee,s £45 through paypal. hope that helps.

    won,t fee,s?

change the spring for a heavier one.
    or
    up the pro pedal
and add some bottom out boost.
this should stop the shock form “wallowing” and feeling like it has 7 or 8 inches of travel when it sounds like you want it to have 2 inches

You’ll have to laquer it or keep it mega clean if you want it to stay shiney as it will oxidise over time with exposure to the air.

laquer wont stick to highly polished frames. as the laquer has no “key” to adhere to. so will flake off.

i polished my old 04 sx frame. its 18 months since i did it. and its still as shiney as the dya i polished it. used a 1/2 horse power polishing wheel i have in my workshop. for a super shiney finish.

this guide is also a great help.

anymore help feel free to ask

the higher the polish the less maintinence it needs

No, the gearbox was dropped out of the frame when it was stolen.

no the gearbox was never stolen. before the end of the day each bike had its gearbox taken out and kept seperate from the rest.

Great list, none of those are adverts though are they? That’s what the OP wants.

the guy in the office already has Cinema4D? then cinema4D it is. it would be stupid to learn a 3D program when someone in the office is already familliar with using a 3D program and has it to hand.

not for engineering? and the guy in the office already has Cinema4D? then Rcinema4D it is. it would be stupid to learn a 3D program when someone in the office is already familliar with using a 3D program and has it to hand.

    Autodesk Mudbox looks fun though.

is not a 3d modeller its a program to add detials to existing models..

lightwave? modo? don’t be silly those program’s are useless.

and gnargnar do you have any reason to say lightwave and zbrush?

i’d say it totally depends on what the 3D program is going to be used for. VFX or 3D for engineering?

and also what is you’re budject?
