State if the matter isn’t resolved straight away you will take the matter back to the poice and ask for her to be charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

If he wasn’t and had no previous form then i’d very worried about how easily this could happen.

What do you actually want?
You mention if you moved out you prob wouldn’t move back in which to me sounds like you have had enough of the relationship. If thats the case, and thats fine by the way, you have two options depending on if you want to have a flat or live in the house with the kids.

1. Take the oppurtunity and leave.

2. Tell her if she want the space you’re more than happy for her to have it but your not willing to walk out on the kids, ergo she can have her space when she moves out.

If you actually want to make things work then I would suggest either option two or if she only wants a short space of time on her own then take the kids away on holiday for a fortnight. You get quality time with the kids, she gets her space. no one has to move out.

If I was that age in the currant climate I would def be applying. A very wise choice if you ask me.

My niece joined the Army at 16 straight from school. She’s got her head screwed on and was determined to join. The family supported her full and two years on she loves it. Definately the right decision for her.

Yep spot on mc. I was expecting to pay 75 and have no points. Now because of a mistake that they’re not willing to fix or take into account I’m looking at a likely 3 points, £85 in costs and around a £160 – £340 fine (up to £2500 max)

I would like to attend but it’s based at the court in Bradford and I’m in Stockport so I can’t afford the cost of travel and a day off work even if I could get it off.

It’s annoying the hell out of me that I could be nicely shafted with a sizeable fine and points when I wanted to do the speed awareness and avoid points in the first place. Especially when these legal documents aren’t sent out with any proof of delivery. 👿

Watched it a couple of times now. It doesn’t look excessive to me. Firm and fast. They quickly and effectivly restrained the culprits.
