Take it back to Apple. My Daughter’s 8 year old Macbook had this and Apple replaced this last year Free of charge as they don’t like it !

It’s funny isn’t it. As I keep mentioning my Daughter has worked how to load photos from her iPod, PC and the family iPad she has also worked out that once set up that it does itself. No need for iTunes or this dinosaur age of drag and drop no it just streams.
