What does pushed mean and what benefits to the shock and when do you
have this done IE a month or two after riding bike or straight away?

If you want a full pad then Look at the Troy Lee designs
The White set approx £ 45-00p are Fab
They are a light weight Two part pad. One is a sock with padding around the
knee with Velcro patches on it.
And the second part is White plastic knee and shin pad with extra
padding to the knee and padding in the shin part.

The top part velcro attaches to the knee, so no straps but has Two large straps for your
    calf muscle.

Another good thing is you can just wear the knee sock for general trail riding.

You need to be around when the Torys was in.
The Tax went up and up every couple of days, up to 15 %
    On your mortgage.
Most now will be Homeless and dont forget the introduction of POLL TAX

I am not saying Labour is the answer But the Torys had no idea what to do
when the Country went into recession and no idea how to get out and did say
before Labour got in power that the recession will be even worse !!

And the best bit was the Disbelief on the Tory faces when they got kicked out.
    Never trust the Con F**kers
They should have been shot after that.
OK they may have let the common family buy there house but that was just to
control and stop people from striking.

When Thatcher dies I am having a PARTY that would be the end of one piece of ROT !

    Thanx for reply guys
Regarding the maxle coming out seems strange being on the Talas there are Two quick releases
and I cant undo my Maxle without releasing them first.
Rpainting swing arm its around £ 40-50 pounds including decals

I do know it will be the Air shock all round AM model I will be going for.

One thing I dont understand is that the bikes is 3.5 lbs heavier than my 5 AM
must be one heavy swing arm.But one dam good bike 8)

Minions all the way on hard packed terrain or rock/slate.
42a up front when wet and 60a kevlar on the rear.

If you want to go fast put a front tyre on the rear too.

Agree 100% there ganic the Commencal is a pile of crap the company had no control of
over the making of there bikes, and for what I know now are looking for a new manufacture
    to make there bikes.

MBR mag found the 6 had none of the Angles what was in there brouchure and the maker could not
    do it, but was sorted.
Even the 5 as found to be braking and One guy on another bike web site His frame snapped on a
    Two foot drop.
And now you see these bikes Heavily reduced and I wonder.
And the bikes are way to heavy.

Staying with Orange brand, maybe expensive but there bikes give me a great buzz
and where ever I go they get me back.
But thank you for your help much appreciated.

Thank you for your replys and looking forward to testing one.
The 32 lbs dont sound to bad
Saxabar regarding the 5 AM just want the bike to be balanced
When you put the 160 upfront it feels like your doing press ups
so I put a zero rise stem which helped but want t plough through rock gardens.

I fit and make High End furniture
I dont charge to estimate but I do ask for half days pay if I cant work
due to client or other trades not finished in time or clearly in the way
for me not being able to work.

When you are booked then thats final But most kitchens do have problems
and other trades do go over time.
You are responsible to keep in touch with the client to make other plans if things Dont go
    to plan.

You should draw up a contract and or make these points clear before and begin the work.

Nope not to my knowledge. Have you tried there web site.
Had been looking myself has I use this Minion set up for trail centres in Wales.
If you want to go faster put a front tyre on the rear, but a 60 a.

I have a 65 mm Sun line with zero rise with 160 Fox forks on my Orange 5 AM
Very confident on the downhill tech sections.
have been thinking of going for the 55 mm.
Regarding the twitchy you may be better of by trying a zero rise stem first

The zero rise made it more comfortable at 160 and the bike feels less unbalanced
and I more or less, unless climbing leave the forks at 160
