Mercer seems like a lovely chap,  just the sort of person you want a veterans minister.

This was recommended on here by tomb

Was on this thread https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/going-private-for-tests/  might be a better option than a full on watch that might not do it properly

Given the level of undecided voters the massive majority is not guaranteed, and with people making a protest vote it just raises the likelihood that Labour could have a small majority.

The morons comment was just an excuse to quote blazing saddles really.

Honestly at the moment I just want the tories out and will see what happens. I could see that in 4 years time when the labour approval drops significantly discussion of pr becomes a lot more active, this is my hope.

I would prefer to vote green or libdem but will hold my nose and vote labour simply as fptp does not and hasn’t ever allowed me to vote in a way that my vote actually counts.

If williams wins his seat there will be a recall and a by-election pretty soon into the new parliament

Amazes me that all these people have such hatred, because starmer isn’t exactly what they want, that they are willing to vote for another party and potentially help the tories.

Amnesia from the last 14 years?

I have no love for labour (would vote green if we had pr), but i **** loathe the tories

So the frog faced c*** has now said that Andrew tate is a positive voice for men.

I would rarely say this,  but the world would have been far better had his plane crashed a bit harder

You basically did some hill intervals.

Most of my rides are a combination of short uphills followed by descents, it works out as interval training but i have seen a big increase in my fitness as a result instead of lower level constant efforts

I have a pair of raphas and they are great for trail riding.  Not sure they would take big impacts but are good for what I want them for

I ride most weeks with a mate,  we spend the time riding fast.  But we also don’t want to kill each other.

That isn’t saying we don’t try to give each other a bit of a kicking,  but absolutely make sure the other person doesn’t end up broken.

Anyone that goes out with the intention of breaking someone they are riding with is a dick

I read the hunt article earlier.

Utterly bereft of competency now,  and it almost seems impossible but the rhyming slang of his name just gets more and more accurate

It is the bracken round here.  Sometimes so tall that it grabs your bars and can put you off course at best,  on the floor at worst

    Folding saw works well.

But you need a long blade which looks a bit dodgy if you can’t fit it in a bag.

I have a silky bigboy with the outback blade,  that works well.

Honestly though nothing works as well as a hedge cutter

Sorry misread the question on the opposition.

Presumably they take it in turns to ask the questions

If the 2 main parties are tied then it is a hung parliament and it comes down to who can make a coalition to command a majority.

I think you can have a minority government but that wont happen if one party can create a majority with other parties

The weather has been a massive pain for it this year.

I cleared a trail with a mate 4 weeks ago and on Friday I couldn’t see the trail any more.

Hopefully heading out with a hedge trimmer later today.

Bracken is a pain in the arse

This sounds like a good game.

Labour refuses to rule out enforcing the 3 seashells and banning toilet roll

One thing that puzzles me in this election is the number of headlines that say “Labour fails to rule out xxxx tax rise”

Are they meant to rule out the sky falling on our heads next

    Or even ice climbing

Nah ice axes have teeth to stop them coming loose. One accurate hit and you are effectively disarmed.

How did they get a car in there?  Maybe stick something solid in between the gate and the garage once you get it repaired

The £2094 figure will have stuck in lots of minds – despite being constantly debunked.

Possibly,  but equally likely is that the “liar” tag will have stuck too

As much as I hate the idea that farage would be an mp if we had pr, it is a a m sacrifice that is worth it to make the changes needed.
