Antur is great fun,  it is a bit more flowy now they have sanitised it a bit.  Taking the rock drop out of the red was probably a good move as it could be a real surprise if you hit it on the right hand side.

If lift assisted I tend to wear as much armour as I possess,  am on dh bike and going at about 90-95% and antur is pointy if you come off.

Picopresso is really easy to use. Not much in the way of parts to mess with and makes really good coffee.  Has a good crema etc.

I do tend to add more coffee than needed and add a second fill of water to make a double.

I use 1zpresso j grinder and that makes a great espresso

The Samsung ecg is registered as a medical device in some countries.

That’s why garmin ecg isn’t available here.  They have to actually be validated to demonstrate they work. That being said I would use it as an indicator rather than a diagnosis tool.

I prefer the term “Putin’s Poodle”. Has a nice alliterative feel to it.

I have been using a couple of different halo ones for a while now and not had to wring them out.

I use the halo cap for running and that works really well too, I get far more sweaty running than biking
