ellipic, that is the point. It is just common courtesy for them to ask my permission to post my photos, others have done so and I have no problem with
    that.

ski, when some one add you as a 'friend' on these social sites you get to see their content.

I don't think that they are links back to my flikr account. It look like they have downloaded the image, then uploaded to the social network site.

Thing is when you upload material you have to tick a box with a disclaimer that you have the right to upload the content.

Or if you can find it the free version of SQL Server 2005.
Far better than Access which is a micky mouse database any way.

This guy seems to be single! If he was married or in some sort of partnership he would have been reported missing by now. Was he in
any sort of club kit? Some sort of clue to phone the clubs membership
    sec.

Well having lights, there was his downfall! Should have been out
with no lights, in dark clothing, and riding on the wrong side of
the road. Then they would have completely ignored him.

Last time I checked the maximum permitted output for a cycle light was a
    pathetic 2.4 watts .

Things may have changed since I was last out in Nepal over 20 years ago,
but there where plenty of shops where could hire expedition rated sleeping bags for the duration of your trip.
Saves you the expense of of buying one, and it saves a bit of weight/space in your luggage.

I to took the hard route on my first lap. My next lap, which turned out to be the first night lap, I took the easy route. It was much quicker, so took that option for every subsiquent lap. Except for the last one
where time was not really an issue.

Many years ago my dad (experienced club cyclist) set up my Nieces bike for her cycle proficiency,
only for the instructor to tell her that the saddle was to high and the handlebars to low!!

    1 set dry weather tyres.
    1 set mud tyres.
1 set of tyres that will cope with a bit of mud or dry.
