That is correct, there will be no instruction sheet this year,
not that any one read the thing.

    Separate meter!
Back in the day, used an incident light meter when shooting on snow, measure light falling on the subject rather than reflected from the subject. Ok for group photos and portraits, not to good for action and landscape.

OK here is a question, some thing I have not worked out with digital yet.
Back in the days of 35mm I used to push the film.
So if shooting with Kodachrome 64, I would set the ASA as 80,
if shooting with 100 ASA, set as 125 ASA. This was slide not negative,
which seemed to give a deeper colour.

    Leek & potato soup
    1 large potato
    1 large leek
    1.5 pints of stock.

melt some butter in a pan, add your leeks
and cook for 5 minutes or so, add the potato
and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add 1.5 pints of chicken or vegable stock and
    simmer for 30-35 minutes.

One told to me by a A&E doctor.
Woman comes in, experiencing unusual discharge.
Turns out that she had been stimulating herself with a peeled banana two weeks previously and some of it stayed behind.

    Sorry Stilltortoise, Peter is correct.
    There was no year Zero.
The calendar goes, start of time…., IV BC, III BC, II BC, I BC, I AD, II AD, III AD,… MMX AD.

Both the Julian and Gregorian calendars where based on Roman numerals.

Otherwise we would only be in the 20th Century as if follows that the
1st 100 years (0-99) would have been the 0 Century.
