If you need to ‘drive’ to the FoD, you are not local.

No far from it, I’m wimping out as well.
looking at the weeks forcast, its looking like I won’t even be riding to work this week 🙁

Some time i ride to work some times I drive.
Average speed by bike 14mph, average speed in the car 16mph.
Last set of traffic lights is half way, on the bike average speed to that point is still 14mph, and in the car 11mph.
the fact that i ride to work gives me very big kudos amoung my work colleges.

Just got back from Eastnor, really glad that I’m not riding.

Theres a climb on my commute to work, I used to just plod up it,but since I started to use Strava I have been putting a bit more effort in on the hill.

Footballers love to roll around on the ground like the have been shot by a sniper if a member of the opposite team should look at them in a funny way. So why not have a real sniper shoot random players at 5 minute intervals during extra time until such time as a goal is scored. 😈
