HI Guys, sorry, but I am abit of a novice when replying on this forum and I can’t see how to reply individually.

We will always take back and replace or refund any product that is faulty or the wrong size. If you need your shorts replaced send them back but mark them for my attention and I will sort them out for you. If we have not met some of your expectations, I am genuinely sorry and please know we listen and work hard to try and deliver the most value for money MTB/Cycle kit we can.

Hi Guys, I am the sales and Marketing Director at Tenn Outdoors. I read this forum alot and I am always interested in the feedback, so thank you, infact it was feedback from here that alerted us to seat issue on our protean shorts and from that we rectified them as soon as was possible by double stitchnig the area. So it was from your direct feedback that changed our product,interesting comments about the rear arch by Mark90, I will get product dev to look into it today.

Hi Guys, Its Graham here from Tenn Outdoors again, having read the latest comments on our shorts, I thought I would give you an update.
Last time I left a message it was because it had been brought to my attention that we had an issue with the Protean short seat area, I took this to the Development Dept and they got straight on with rectifying the problem, we are very sure we have got it nailed now, but as with everything it took a little bit of time. I will update everyone when the new protean shorts hit the shelves, it wont be too long now.

Hi Guys, My Name is Graham and I am from Tenn Outdoors, I just wanted to say that I have been reading your comments about our waterproof shorts and our Product Development have taken the issues on board.

All of our waterproof shorts will now have additional reinforcement in the seat which should stop some of the problems you guys are having.
