You been trying to shove trees out of the way Sambob?
Bunnyhop, yes a new recipe to inflict on Pootlers, also a spicy Mexican version of Lancashire Bhaji’s to try out. :P
Right, time to re-dress the balance a bit with all these photo’s of Scotchland.
Here’s one of the Grande Massiff de Cheshire :P
In direct line of sight from the camera to my bar end, Winter Hill is 28 miles away, line of sight between camera and the pile of rock to the right of my bike, the Wind Turbine Farm at Ramsbottom is 30 miles.
On the little laminated notices that were there a few weeks ago, logging was due to stop on 30th this month according to fc.
The tracks where the harvesters have been on Hatchmere side have got a lot of potential sweepy , bermy , jumpy opportunities when they settle down a bit (ahem!).Still like riding down a freshly ploughed field at the moment though :?
All will come good in the not too distant future I’m sure, with the help of a few months of winter weather on it.
I ued to have Neo-guards on all my bikes, then tried a Mucky-nutz, and found them to be far more effective. Very little crap around your fork seals, no tyre buzz, just fit and forget.
HTH.
You’re not wrong there mate! It was hard to tell at times yesterday, was it the fog, my glasses fogging up or a mix of the two ! You need to pre-book the weather for the next one please
Gniffer, that’s cheating, you’re supposed to make them yourself ! :-) Got a new one to try out on willing volunteers on Sunday . ” Blondies ” think white choc versions of Brownies with Macademia nuts and apricot .
Tea was, Smoked Haddock with cheese and Leek sauce, mashed spuds and peas, drink will be a rucksack full of these drunk at my mates, whilst robbing some of his lads Limp Biscuit collection for ripping to mp3.
Here you go. GD on a 456 Summer Season, well worth it. I’ve only had to replace the remote cable in over 12 months of use,no problems apart from that.
I’m still in. If it’s going to be sort of a Turbine ride, are we still starting from the same place, or in Ramsbottom near the Brewery ? ( just a thought ! )
We were there on Saturday Rik, and you are right. It’s a right mudfest at the moment, good fun in a sideways, speedway style ! Hope your son had a great first Birthday .
Here’s my Raw Finish Summer Slacker  with under top tube cable guides, and I’m not shortening the remote release for the GD, cos it’ll be too short to go either of my full sus frames then :P
Thanks very much sharki, it’s a good job nobody was feeling brave enough to eat Eric  then as they could have been looking for a toilet not long after
Bunnyhop, couldn’t tell you what the taste was like, no-one would volunteer to have a taste. :P . I was only just pulled out of the way in time or it would have been the flattened version
